My mom gave me a box of cookies called "Royce' Cookies."
It's wrapped in a blue paper with "R."

Under the paper, there's a pale yellow box.

There're 20 cookies with 5 different flavors.

Plain

Cocoa

Macadamia

Walnuts

Cheese

Plain
First I thought it's called "almond cookie" but it's named "Plain."
It's crispy cookie with a crunchy almond.

Each cookie had about the same thickness.

Cocoa
It contained coconuts and they're fine, crunchy, and flavorful.
The cookie dough was crispy and the most fragile among 5 flavors.

Macadamia
This flavor was the tallest cookie and maybe it's because it held large chunks of macadamia nuts that were crunchy.

Walnuts
The rim was plain and in the cocoa dough in the middle, there're chopped walnuts.
This flavor seemed the smallest.
The characteristic flavor of walnuts and slightly bitter cocoa went well.

Cheese
It had a rich cheese scent and had salty cheese taste.
It tasted like cheddar or parmesan, and it had slightly moist texture to compare with other flavors.

母にもらった「ロイズ クッキーズ」を食べた。
Rが沢山デザインされた青い包装紙の下に、淡い黄色の箱が入っていた。
中には5種類のクッキーが20枚入っていた。

プレーン
アーモンドが1粒乗っているので「アーモンド」という名前かと思ったら、「プレーン」と
書かれていた。
サクサクした生地で、アーモンドがカリッとしていた。
どのクッキーも同じような厚みだった。

ココア
細かく刻まれたココナッツが入っていて、カリカリして香りも良かった。
5種類の中で1番もろい生地だった。

マカダミア
カリッとした大きめのマカダミアナッツが落ちないようにするためか、生地に1番厚みが
あった。

ウォルナッツ
縁がプレーンで、中心のココア生地には刻んだクルミが入っていた。
1番サイズが小さいフレーバーだったと思う。
香ばしいクルミ独特の香りと、少し苦みがあるココア生地が合っていた。

チーズ
チーズの香りが強く塩気があり、チェダーかパルメザンチーズのような香りだった。
サクサクした生地だったけれど、他のクッキーに比べてしっとりした食感があった。
