One of the souvenirs I got from mother-in-law was Israeli chocolate called "Taami" manufactured by Elite.
I can't read Hebrew, so I had to research what it's called as I forgot to ask her.

There're 4 individual chocolate sticks were inside of the package as written 4 on the right bottom.
I'm so thankful that Arabic numbers were invented.

I thought it'd be dark chocolate when I saw the package, but it's milk chocolate.

We stored them in the refrigerator, so the caramel wasn't melty but a bit tough and was stuck on the teeth for a while.

There're puffs in the ganache and it was light and had delicate crunchiness.

It's certainly Kosher, U Kosher.
Regarding U Kosher mark, it's labeled as Ⓤ, The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America (UOJCA), known as the Orthodox Union (OU).
But other than that, I have no idea what they say (except the website and the phone number).

I guess Taami is sold in the states, too, but it's my first time to try this chocolate.
The chocolate was smoother than KitKat, and in a bar, there're various textures; caramel, puffs, and ganache.

お義母さんからのイスラエル土産の1つ、エリート社が製造している「ターミ」という
チョコレートを食べた。
私はヘブライ語が読めないのにお義母さんに読み方を聞くのを忘れてしまい、ネットで
調べて名前を知った。

右下に4と書かれていた通り、袋の中には個包装されたチョコレートが4本入っていた。
アラビア数字が世界共通で良かったと改めて思った。

イメージ画像を見た時はダークチョコレートかと思ったけれど、袋を開けてみると
ミルクチョコレートだった。

冷蔵庫に入れていたので、キャラメルはとろりとはしておらず、固めで歯にくっついて
なかなかと。
柔らかいチョコレートの中にはパフが入っていて、軽い食感でサクサクしていた。

イスラエルのお菓子とういうことで、裏面にはUマークのコーシャーフード。
コーシャーフードとは、ユダヤ教の資格を持ったラバイ（rabbi、ユダヤ教の指導者）が
製造方法・工程を確認し、ユダヤ教の教義に従った食品であるという認定を行い、その
認定を受けた食品の包装紙にコーシャーの認定を受けたことを示すマークやロゴが表示
された食品のこと。
このUマークのコーシャーフードは Ⓤ のラベルとしてよく知られていて、正式名称は
The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America (UOJCA)、略して the Orthodox Union (OU) 。
ただ、ウェブサイトと電話番号以外はヘブライ語なので何が書かれているのか不明。

米国でも英語のターミが売っていると思うけれど、初めてこのチョコレートを食べた。
キットカットよりも滑らかなチョコレートで、キャラメル、パフ入りで色々な食感が
ある1本だった。
