Sakura Bean Paste & Whipped Cream (with Gyuhi)

Sakura (cherry lossom) bean paste is famous for Sakura season (spring for sure).

Sakura bean paste is made of sweet bean paste and Sakura leaves. A little bit saltiness in sweet paste usually.

This one has not too thin Gyuhi, made with rice flour, and it gives nice Mochi (sticky rice cake) texture.

This bean paste has a good balance of sweetness and a hit of salt.
