Lunch Pack

This is just one of the Lunch Pack from Yamazaki Baking Co., Ltd.
They have a whole bunch of variety of this "pan" which means bread in Japanese.
We call it "Yamazaki Pan" or to abbreviate, "Yama Pan."

Every time I post lunch pack photos on Facebook, people write a lot more comments than regular status.
Then, I decided to creat an album named, "Lunch Pack Collection" as it's almost like I'm eager to buy, take a photo, eat and write my comments besides Enligsh translation.

Now, some of my friends got "infected" by me and they try them and post on FB, too!!

Personally, this "Southern Land Polar Bear Ice Cream-ish Cream" wasn'T my best.
(I don't even know if it's a correct term to expalin the Japanese package title...)

Shiro Kuma (means Polar or White Bear) Ice Cream is famous brand made in Kagoshima pref. in Kyushu area and Yamazaki got inspiration from the taste and created this "pan."

It contains diced pineapple, yellow peach and azuki-beans with condensed milk-ish cream.
I expected it'd taste more like the original ice cream and somehow it'd taste cold (with menthol flavor or something in it), but oh well, it turned out so-so. :/

Yet, those "pans" I've tried never failed so far thus my "Lunch Pack Quest" would continue.

ここ最近、新しいものが出るたび（と言うか見つけるたび）に買って、写真を撮って、食べて、コメントや英語の説明でFacebookにアップロード。

普段何気ないことを「今なにしてる？」に書くよりも、ランチパックの写真を投稿した時の方が断然コメントが多い。。。
なので、「ランチパック　コレクション」という名のアルバムを作成。
私の影響があってか、今では友達もランチパックに夢中。FBにも写真をアップという現象が。。。

昨日友達から「南国白くま味が出た！」とFBで聞き、夜ご飯を食べた後にコンビニを数店回って探し、３店舗目で発見。晴れて購入！

感想は、「一番のお気に入りとはならなかったけれど、美味しい」というザックリしたコメント。
理由：フルーツが小さいのと、アイスのような清涼感がなかったこと。
他の種類でもっとフルーツが大きいものがあり、それを期待してしまった。
そして、「白くまアイス」が元なので、メンソール等でひんやりした味だろうと期待し過ぎた。

これまで食べた山パンのランチパックは美味しくなかったことがないので、今後も新しいものが出るたびに買い、FBやこのブログに載せる予定。
