Black Thunder Gold was launched on March 22, 2015, but I'd never seen or eaten it recently.
As the name is, the pouch is all gold and the letter Gold (ゴールド) is also in gold.

Tasty! Rich! Authentic flavor!
I have no idea which city/area they mean for "authentic" though.

It's got chocolate chunks.

It didn't look that much different form the ordinary Black Thunder.

With velvety chocolate chunks, it had deeper chocolate flavor than regular one and overall, it's very rich, and as always, it had crispy rice puffs.
I really liked this "Gold" version because it let me enjoy more chocolate flavor.

Melon Black Thunder

ブラックサンダーゴールドは2015年3月22日に発売されたものらしいけれど、最近まで

見たことも食べたことがなかった。
商品名の通り袋は金色で、「ゴールド」の文字も金色だった。

うまい！ 濃〜い！ 本場の味！
「本場の味」がどこを指しているのかは分からない。

チョコチャンクがプラスされている。

普通のブラックサンダーと見た目に大きな差はないように感じた。

滑らかなチョコチャンク入りで、普通のよりもチョコレートの味が濃く、サクサクした
ライスパフも入っているのに全体的にかなり濃厚。

いつものブラックサンダーよりもチョコレートの味を楽しめる、美味しい「ゴールド」

だった。
