Lotteria Nobi~ru Cheeseburger
ロッテリアののび〜るチーズバーガー

Lotteria launched 2 limited time burgers on March 16, 2017 and they're called Nobi~ru Cheeseburger and Nori~ru Cheese & Beef Burger.
Nobi~ru is an exaggerated and casual form of Nobiru (伸びる) which means to stretch and extend.
This burger has fried mozzarella patty and it stretches when you bite.
This burgers are available for a limited quantity and Lotteria is promoting Sliders Box from April 6, 2017, the location I went to still had a poster and photos on the menu, and they were still selling and I could try the cheesy burger.
Nobi~ru Mozzarella Cheeseburger
I rarely eat at Lotteria mostly because many items contain mayo, and I didn't know that they use such a soft and fluffy bun.
The diameter was about 12cm (4.7 inch).
Under the bun, there're ketchup, hash brown, fried mozzarella patty and a slice of cheese.
If it was Nobi~ru Cheese & Beef Burger, there's a beef patty over the slice of cheese.
Fluffy bun, crispy and hot hash brown and melty mozzarella in crispy breading were all in one bite.
While holding the burger, the mozzarella cheese was flooding out.
Not as wide as the poster, but the cheese was really stretchy and stringy.
The breading is supposed to be mixed with spicy seasonings but I didn't really taste anything but saltiness since the mozzarella was rich.
For the same reason, I totally forgot the existence of the slice of cheese at the bottom.
The following is the Slider Box that I mentioned above.
Slider BOX holds 3 petit size burgers and served with Small fries and onion rings.
The pink triangle flag was Petit Teri (プチてり) that is a small Teriyaki burger with mayonnaise.
In the right corner, there's Petit Ebi (プチエビ) that is a small shrimp burger with tartar sauce.
The with bottom was Petit Zeppin (プチ絶品) that is a thicker patty with gouda and cheddar cheese, and this Zeppin (meaning fine, masterpiece) doesn't have any sauce.
* Both Petit Teri and Zeppin use pork and beef mix patty, not only beef.
As you can see, the sliders were squeed and flat unlike the image provided by the company.

2017年3月16日にロッテリアから期間限定商品「のび〜るチーズバーガー」と「のび〜る
チーズ＆ビーフバーガー」が発売された。
このバーガーは揚げたモッツァレラチーズのパティが挟まれていて、噛むとチーズが
伸びる。
このバーガーは数量限定で、2017年4月6日からはスライダーBOXが販売されているため、
もうないかと思ったけれど、お店にはポスターが貼ってありメニューに写真もあり、まだ
販売中だったのでチーズがたっぷり入ったバーガーを食べることができた。
のび〜るモッツァレラチーズバーガー
ロッテリアはマヨネーズを使ったものが多いのでほとんど食べることがないので、
こんなにふわふわで柔らかいバンズを使っているとは知らなかった。
直径は12センチほど。
バンズの下にはケチャップ、ハッシュポテト、揚げたモッツァレラチーズのパティ、
スライスチーズが入っていた。
のび〜るチーズ＆ビーフバーガーは、スライスチーズの上にビーフパティが挟んである。
ふかふかのバンズ、サクッホクッとしたハッシュポテト、カリッとした衣に包まれた
とろとろのモッツァレラチーズと、それぞれ異なった食感があった。
バーガーを持っている間に、モッツァレラチーズが溢れ出て来た。
ポスターほどの幅はないものの、チーズはよく伸びた。
パン粉はスパイシーな調味料が混ぜてあるはずだけれど、モッツァレラの味が濃厚で塩気
以外の味はあまりしなかった。
同じ理由で、スライスチーズの存在を忘れていた。
以下は前述のスライダーBOX。
スライダーBOXは3種類の手のひらサイズのバーガーが入っていて、ポテトのSとオニオン
リングが付いてくる。
ピンク色の旗はプチてりで、小さなてりやきバーガーとマヨネーズ。
右上はプチエビで、エビバーガーとタルタルソース。
右下はプチ絶品で、厚めのパティにゴーダとチェダーチーズを乗せたもので、ソースは
ない。
* プチてりもプチ絶品も、パティは牛肉ではなく牛豚の合挽き肉を使用。
見ての通り、イメージ画像とは違って押しつぶされたような見た目だった。
