McDonald's Japan launched 2 McNugget sauces "Ginger Shoyu Sauce" and "Tartar Sauce" on February 8, 2017 for a limited time.

* Shoyu (醤油, しょうゆ) is soy sauce.

On the same day, they launched Chicken Tatsuta (soy sauce and ginger marinated chicken sandwich with soy sauce and ginger) and Chicken Tarta (Chicken Tatsuta with Tartar sauce), both were available for a limited time.

Tartar Sauce

I hate mayonnaise so that I opened the package just to check the scent and color.
The tartar sauce was the yellowest I've ever seen, and it had sour pickles scent as strong as mayonnaise.

Ginger Shoyu Sauce

It had strong ginger scent when I removed the lid.

There're white sesame seeds.

There's ground daikon radish and the sauce was a bit starchy, but still it's lighter than regular BBQ sauce.

Same as the scent, the ginger flavor was strong and it appeared from the beginning and lasted even after I swallowed.
It also had vinegar so that the nugget tasted like Chicken Tatsuta.

日本マクドナルドは2017年2月8日に期間限定で2種類のマックナゲットソース「しょうが

醤油ソース」と「タルタルソース」を発売した。

これはチキンタツタ、チキンタルタ（タルタソース入りのチキンタツタ）の発売に

合わせたもので、これらの期間限定バーガーと同日に発売となった。

タルタルソース

私はマヨネーズが嫌いなので、香りと見た目の確認のためだけに開封。
今までみたことがあるタルタルソースよりもクリーム色で黄色が強く、マヨネーズに
負けないくらいピクルスの酸っぱい香りがした。

しょうが醤油ソース

蓋を開けると、しょうがの強い香りがした。

白ごま入り。

大根おろし入りで少しどろっとしていたけれど、通常のBBQソースよりもサラリとして
いた。

香りと同じで、しょうがの香りがしっかりとあり、最初から飲み込んだ後まで続いた。
お酢も入っていたのえ、ナゲットがチキンタツタのような味になった。
