Pizza Barn
ピッツァバーン

A while back, I saw photos of gigantic pizzas on internet and it's called Pizza Barn in Yonkers.
When we went to see John Wick: Chapter 2, it's on our way home and we stopped by.
There's no parking lot so we parked in front of the restaurant like the customers.
Menu
They have non-crazy big pizzas and other items, too.
Until we arrived at the spot, I had thought it's an ordinary restaurant but it's not a full-service dining, and we first placed our order at the counter and grabbed a vacant table.
Super Slice requires about 15 minutes to bake and when it's ready, a staff brought it to our table.
It's Valentine's Day and there're pink flowers and Valentine's themed paper napkins on the tables.
Super Slice (Regular)
Comparison with my hand.
(From the wrist to the tip of the middle finger is about 18cm/7.08 inch).
It really was a Super Slice.
It's cut into small pieces to make it easy to eat.
It looked like an ordinary pizza.
The crust had charred color like naan.
It looked like and tasted like a dollar pizza to be honest, but considering the price (10 dollars), I think it's not bad.
However, it didn't have any special aspect to drive up there other than the size.
We reheated the leftover pizzas in a toaster, and the crust became crunchier.
With cracked red peppers, it tasted good.

以前、ヨンカーズにあるピッツァバーンというお店の巨大なピザの写真をネットで見た。
ジョン・ウィック： チャプター2を見に行った時に、帰り道だったので立ち寄ることに
した。
駐車場は特に設けていないようだったので、周りの車と同じく店先の道路に駐車した。
メニュー
巨大なピザ以外にも色々なメニューがあった。
お店に来るまでは普通のレストランかと思ったけれど、フルサービスではなく、まずは
カウンターでピザを注文し、空いている席に座るというものだった。
スーパースライスは焼くのに15分ほどかかるようで、焼きあがった時に店員が席まで
持って来てくれた。
この日はバレンタインデーだったので、テーブルにもピンク色の花やバレンタイン向けの
紙ナプキンが置いてあった。
スーパースライス（レギュラー）
手と比較するとこの大きさ。
（手首から中指の先までは約18センチ）
確かにスーパースライスという名前の大きさ。
食べやすいようにカットされていた。
チーズがまばらに乗った、普通の見た目のピザ。
クラストはナンのような焼き色。
見た目も味も、正直1ドルピザとほとんど変わらなかったけれど、これで10ドルという
値段を考えると悪くはない。
ただ、大きさを除いて車で行くほどの味ではなかった。
持ち帰った残りのピザをトースターで温め直すとパリッとし、チリフレークをかけると
美味しかった。
