Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party

We attended Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Hollywood Studios, and this night show of music and fireworks started from June, 2016.
Dessert Party isn't only a buffet style gorging event but you get to see the show from a reserved viewing area and even comes with a souvenir Chewbacca stein.
It's 69 dollars (tax incl.) per adult and not cheap, but as we had no idea when the next time we'd be seeing it, we decided to book this event.
About an hour before the Dessert Party started, my husband checked us in and received 2 plastic cards with a strap around to wear.
At the bottom, it says, "Guest will be escorted to a reserved viewing location 15 minutes prior to show time."

Around 6:20 PM, we went towards the Dessert Party space and saw some guests were already there waiting, so we sat down and waited till they open the space.
There're 3 sections you can choose; red candle (closest to the buffet), beige candle (in Cantina, some steps up from the red candle area), and blue candle (patio).
All the areas didn't have chairs, so you're standing the whole time, FYI.

There're 2 kinds of spread; black bean spread and roasted red pepper hummus.

Alcoholic beverage station
Alcoholic beverages were served by bartenders, and they made it to order.
I don't drink and asked if they could make it non-alcoholic, and they said the beverages in the tanks are just juice and they provided to me before adding any alcohol.
There're 4 kinds of Specialty Alcoholic Beverages; Galactic Punch, Cosmic Citrus Twist, Light Speed Margarita and Swamp Milk, but Swamp Milk minus alcohol is Half and Half so I decided not to get it.

Light Speed Margarita (Tequila, Blood Orange Syrup, Sour Mix and Lime Juice)
Freeze-Fried Nutella Truffle
with Raspberry Sauce or Dark Chocolate Sauce
When I ordered, they put some Nutella into a cauldron filled with liquid nitrogen (it seemed like), and the Nutella ball was frozen and hard.
I could choose raspberry sauce or dark chocolate sauce, and I got them both.
Freeze-fried nutella truffle made crispy sounds.
The center was slightly soft.
Cupcakes
It's a bit bizarre to see R2-D2 didn't come with any chocolate decoration on top.

Darth Vader
4 sabers and flatbread with 2 kinds of spread, and all except provolone was my favorite on this plate.
Panna cotta and cookies.
Bread pudding with ice cream, whipped cream and fruits and they're all set next to the bread pudding.
The ice cream was served by a staff and in the chocolate sprinkles, there're Mickey shaped pieces.
Brownie
I think it's Darth Maul as the brownie was red and dark chocolate and topped with almond horns.
Time to time, there're Stormtroopers walking around.
And Jawas, too.
15 minutes before the fireworks starts, we're escorted by the casts and to enter the reserved area, Stormtroopers were checking the plastic tag hung on the necks.
In the viewing area, they provided us a Chewbacca souvenir cup and a bottle of water per person.
This is the view from the reserved viewing area, and as you can see, there're nothing blocking the view.
What I liked about the area was that the casts let kids go and watch in the kid's area in front of adult guests so that they can see the show well.
Overall, the quality and variety of the food and drinks, the private viewing area and souvenir cups were worth the price even those who are not Star Wars fans, which is me.

夜間に行われる音楽と花火のショーは、2016年6月に始まったもの。
デザートパーティは単なるバフェ形式の飲食イベントではなく、特別に設けられた場所
から見ることができ、さらにチューバッカの形のスーベニアカップがもらえる。
大人は1人69ドル（税込）と安くはないけれど、次回いつ見に行くか分からないことも
あり、思い切って予約した。
デザートパーティが始まる1時間ほど前に、旦那がイベントへのチェックインを済ませ、
プラスチックのカードにストラップが付いた札を受け取った。
「ショーの15分前に特別鑑賞エリアへの案内開始」と小さな文字で書かれていた。

18時20分頃にデザートパーティのエリアへ行くと既にゲストが何人かいたので、私たちも
座って待つことにした。
赤いキャンドル（バフェに1番近い）、ベージュのキャンドル（キャンティーナにあり、
赤いキャンドルのエリアから階段を数段上ったところ）、青いキャンドル（パティオ）の
3つの場所があり、好きな場所を選ぶ。
どのエリアにも椅子はないので、立ったままでの飲食となる。

ものはジュースなので、アルコールを足す前の状態で渡してもらった。
スペシャル アルコール飲料は4種類； ギャラクティック パンチ、コズミック シトラス
ツイスト、ライトスピード マルガリータ、スワンプ ミルク。
ただ、スワンプ ミルクからアルコールを抜くとハーフ アンド ハーフ（飲み物に入れる
コーヒーミルクのようなもの）だけになるので、これは頼まなかった。

フリーズフライ ヌッテラトリュフはパリパリ音がした。
内側はほんの少し柔らかかった。
カップケーキ
R2-D2だけチョコレートが乗っておらず、妙に感じた。

セイバー4種類とフラットブレッド、スプレッド2種類。
プロボロンチーズを除いた全てが美味しかった。
パンナコッタとクッキー
ブレッドプディングにアイスクリーム、生クリーム、フルーツを乗せた。
これらトッピングはブレッドプディングの隣に置いてあり、アイスはスタッフがすくって
くれた。
チョコスプリンクルの中にはミッキー型の粒が入っていた。
ブラウニー
赤とダークチョコレートのブラウニーに、アーモンドの角が生えていたので、ダース・
モールをイメージしたものだと思う。
時々ストームトルーパーが歩いていた。
ジャワもいた。
花火の15分前にキャストに続いて鑑賞エリアまで移動し、このエリアに入る際にストーム
トルーパーがゲストの首からかけてあるタグを確認していた。
鑑賞エリアに入ると、チューバッカのスーベニアマグとペットボトルの水が渡された。
特別鑑賞エリアから見た様子は、写真を見ての通り視界を遮るものがなかった。
また、子供達が大人よりも前のスペースに案内されてショーを見ることができ、これも
良かったと思う。
