I bought a plain bagel at Village Bagels and put Philadelphia Peach cream cheese at home.

One side was taller than the other.

Bottom

The inside was white and, and it had the characteristic chewiness to it.
Some parts had onion flavor and I think this bagel was sitting to onion bagels in the basket when I went to the shop.

Plain bagel had chewiness like New York bagel while egg bagel was quite soft.
The surface and the bottom had crispiness though I didn't toast it.

チーズを塗った。

片側がよりふっくらとしていた。

底

内側は白く、特徴的なもっちりした食感があった。
部分的にタマネギの味がしたので、お店に行った時にこのベーグルがオニオン ベーグルと
一緒にカゴに入っていたのだと思う。

プレーンベーグルはエッグベーグルとは違って、ニューヨーク ベーグルのようなもちもち
した食感があって良かった。
表面と底はトーストしなくてもパリッとしていた。
