My husband bought Entenmann's Pumpkin Donuts at the supermarket.

It says pumpkin but doesn't say pumpkin spice, however, most of the time it's pumpkin spice flavor when I buy pumpkin flavor items so that I wasn't sure what it'd taste like.

"Celebrate the season with the delicious taste of Entenmann's Pumpkin Donuts. Enjoy the fresh pumpkin flavor of these donuts with milk or coffee as the perfect Harvest time snack!"

There're glazed orange-beige donuts in the box.

"Try all of our delicious Classics."

The donut with crispy glaze was soft and tall.

When I saw the donut, I thought it'd be an old-fashioned donut which is firmer, but it turned out a cake donut.

From the outside, it didn't have pumpkin spice flavor so that I was hoping it wouldn't have intense spice flavor.

The inside was brighter orange than the outside, and it's moist and soft.
It had sweet pumpkin flavor and luckily, the amount of spice I tasted was little and much less than ordinary pumpkin spice or even pumpkin flavored items.

It made me realize again to find solely pumpkin flavored items in the states.

旦那がスーパーでエンテマンズのパンプキン ドーナツを買ってきた。
パンプキンとだけ書いてあり、パンプキンスパイスとは書いてなかったものの、普段
パンプキン味の商品を買うとパンプキンスパイスのことが多いので、どのような味か
定かではなかった。

「美味しいエンテマンズ パンプキン ドーナツで季節を祝おう。パンプキン ドーナツと
牛乳やコーヒーは、収穫の季節にぴったりのお菓子！」と箱に書かれていた。

中にはグレーズがかかったオレンジ ベージュのドーナツが入っていた。

シャリシャリしたグレーズがかかったドーナツは柔らかく、厚みがあった。
ドーナツを見た時は少し固さのあるオールドファッションかと思ったけれど、これは
ケーキドーナツだった。

外側からはパンプキン スパイスの香りはしなかったので、強烈なパンプキン スパイスの
味がしないことを願って食べた。
内側は外側に比べて明るいオレンジ色で、しっとりして柔らかかった。
甘いパンプキン味で、他のパンプキンスパイスやパンプキン味の商品よりもスパイスの
味は少ししかなかった。

相変わらずアメリカで「パンプキン味」を見つけるのは難しいな、と思った。
