I got this microwavable popcorn called J&D's BaconPOP, which is a bacon flavored popcorn, from my husband's staff.

J&D's Foods is a company name founded in Seattle in 2007 by Justin and Dave.

Justin and Dave won money on America's Funniest Home Videos and used it to launch a new kind of food company.

Somehow the plastic outside was very greasy and oily, and even before heating the bag, I could smell bacon.

I heated it for 2 minutes and after 1 minute and a half, it stated smelling like stinky bacon and the whole room smelled like burnt bacon. 

They have other flavors like Cheddar BaconPOP and CajunPOP.

I shook the bag before opening as directed.

It's salty but not as stinky as real bacon.

It actually had a good flavor with some bacon taste in the end.
I usually find bacon smelly but this popcorn had less odor than I thought and it's more like burnt though nothing was dark black.

One of the negative point was the unbelievably salty taste as it's much saltier than regular salted popcorns.
Gradually the pork odor built up and I got tired of the same flavor, and all I could eat was up to 1/3 bag.

ポップコーンをもらった。
ジェイ&ディーズ フーズは2007年にジャスティンとデイブによってシアトルに設立された
企業。
2人はアメリカの面白ホームビデオコンテストで優勝し、その賞金を使って新手の食品
会社を始めたらしい。

なぜかビニール袋の外側が油でとてもギトギトしていて、温める前からベーコンの香りが
した。

レンジで2分加熱していると、1分半ほどでベーコン臭さが出てきて、部屋全体に焦げた
ベーコンのような匂いが充満した。
側面には他のフレーバー「チェダー ベーコンポップ」「ケイジャンポップ」のロゴが印刷
されていた。

袋開ける前に振るよう書かれていたので、軽く振ってから開けた。
香りが良く、後味にベーコンの香りが少しあった。
ベーコンを臭いと思うことが多いのだけれど、これは思っていたよりも臭みが少なく、
むしろ焦げ臭さの方が強かった。（ただし、黒いポップコーンはなかった）

欠点としては、かなり塩辛く通常の塩味のポップコーンよりもずっと塩っぱかった。
また、徐々に豚臭さが積み立てられて飽きてしまい、3分の1ほど食べるのが限界だった。
