We found "Cheez-It Extra Toasty" at Target the other day.
They launched this new flavor on May 18, 2015, and apparently "extra toasty" was the most requested flavor.
On the side, there're several browner Cheez-It pieces than originals like the front.
On the back.
You asked. We toasted.
After years of fan requests for an Extra Toasty Cheez-It, the wait is finally over!
Here it is - a full box of delicious extra tasty Cheez-It crackers, and you made it happen!
Well done, my friends... Well. Done.
(I guess they're using "well done" as both good job and well cooked.)
They really looked toastier and browner.
It even looked like pizza cheese with dark spots on a yellowish orange Cheez-It piece.
The other side was also partially tasty colored.
As you can see, the inside was layered like pie dough, and this Cheez-It was as crispy as regular pieces with fragrant scent without burnt flavor at all.
I thought it's saltier than ordinary ones, and maybe it's to balance the toasty flavor.
It had cheese flavor as always, but it had deeper flavor like when it's bubbly hot and grilled in a oven.

* トースティー（toasty）はトーストされた、こんがりしたという意味
2015年5月18日に発売されたようで、最もリクエストが多かったフレーバーらしい。
側面には、表と同じように通常のチーズイットよりも茶色がかかった画像が載っていた。
裏面に以下の文章が載っていた。
希望通りトーストした。
ファンから何年も熱望されていたエクストラ トースティー チーズイットが、遂に登場！
チーズイットをさらにこんがりさせた美味しさが箱いっぱいに入っていて、あなたが
（この商品化を）実現させた！
友よ、よくやった... よくやった（ウェルダン＝しっかり焼いた状態と、よくできましたの
意味がかけてあるのだと思う）
クラッカーは確かにこんがりしていて、茶色っぽかった。
黄色がかったオレンジ色のチーズイットの上に濃い色の部分があり、ピザのチーズのよう
だった。
反対側も部分的に濃い色がついていた。
内側はパイのように層になっていて、通常のチーズイットと同じようにサクサクしていて
香ばしい香りがし、焦げ臭さはなかった。
いつものチーズイットよりも塩っぱく感じ、こんがりした風味とバランスを取るために
塩分が多いのかもしれない。
通常のチーズイット同様チーズの味がしていて、オーブンで焼かれた熱々のチーズように
香ばしさがあった。
