I was searching some bubble tea shops nearby, and "Boba Guys" was the closest and had good reviews, I went there this morning.
Till then, I didn't know bubble tea is also called boba tea, then the name made sense.

It's a small shop on Stockton street, and the inside was very clean and bright.

When I entered and said it's my first time here, then an employee kindly explained to me how it works.

They have regular tea, premium tea, coffee, and specials which are on the wall, and all the items can be added bubbles.

I chose one of the special menus, "Hojicha Roasted Milk Tea" and added boba.

A roasted greet tea that's low in caffeine with a toasty nutty flavor.

She also asked me if I wanted 100% sweetness, and the other options were 75%, 50% and 25%, but as it's my first time, I got 100%.
She asked me if I wanted it cold, and I said yes, so I guess they can do hot tea version, too.

When she asked my name, I said, "Chihiro," and she said, "Ohhh... kay....! You're born before the movie :)" and that made me realize how famous and popular Ghibli is.
I'm impressed she could spell my name correct and was pretty happy about it.

Half & Half (Straus Organic Milk) is a brand name and made with organic milk and cream.

The tea was filled to the very top of the cup and at the bottom, there're a lot of black tapioca.

There're 2 kinds of straws; skinny (regular) and thick, and I made sure to get a thick straw to enjoy the bubbles.

I got this with "100% sweetness," but it's not extremely sweet and maybe it's thanks to Houjicha, and the sweetness was about same as ordinary milk tea.
When I sipped, it tasted like regular milk tea made with black tea, but soon fragrant flavor came out and it's lighter than Hojicha Latte by Lipton.

The boba was chewy and very tasty.
It's reasonable, the employee was friendly, and most importantly, really tasty.
I'd love to try more flavors.

近くにバブルティー（黒いタピオカ入りミルクティー）のお店がないか探していて、最も
近距離にあり高評価のお店「ボバ ガイズ」へ今朝行ってきた。
バブルティーはボバティーとも呼ばれていると知り、店名の意味がやっと分かった。

ストックトン通りにある小さな店舗で、店内は明るくとても綺麗だった。
初めてだったので注文方法を聞くと、とても丁寧に教えてくれた。
通常のお茶、プレミアムティー、コーヒー、壁にかかっているスペシャルメニューのどの
飲み物にも黒いタピオカを入れることができるらしい。
この日のスペシャルメニューにあった「ほうじ茶 ローステッド ミルクティー」にボバ
（黒いタピオカ）を足してもらった。
甘さは100％にするか聞かれたので、初めてなのでとりあえず100％でお願いした。
他に75％、50％、25％が選べる。
また、冷たいもので良いか聞かれたので、温かいお茶で作ることもできるらしい。

名前を聞かれたので「ちひろ」と伝えると、「オー...ケイ... あの映画より先に生まれて
るのね :)」と言われたので、改めてジブリ人気・知名度を知った。
レシートを見ると正しい綴りで名前が入っていて、驚いたのと同時に嬉しかった。

お茶はカップの上部ぎりぎりまで注がれ、底には沢山の黒いタピオカが入っていた。
ストローは2種類あり、普通の細いタイプとタピオカ用の太いものがあったので、ちゃんと
確認してから太いストローを取った。

甘さ100％でお願いしたけれど、ほうじ茶がベースのためか「激甘」ではなく、よくある
ミルクティーのような甘さだった。
一口飲むと紅茶で作ったミルクティーのような味だったけれど、ほうじ茶の香ばしさが
すぐに出てきた。
以前飲んだリプトンのほうじ茶ラテよりもすっきりした味だった。
黒いタピオカはもちもちしていてとても美味しかった。
手頃な値段と優しい店員に加え、とても美味しかった。
違う種類のお茶を飲みにまた行きたい。
