Cap'n Crunch's Sprinkled Donut Crunch

My husband found a new "Cap'n Crunch's Sprinkled Donut Crunch" at Target.
It's labeled as "new" but I saw some reviews written in spring, 2014, so I'm not sure if they've improved the ingredients or just the box design has been the same.
There're photos of donuts on the back and they are to play some games.
On the side.
It smelled weirdly different from what I was expecting.
I thought it'd have tasty scent like donuts, but not really but only artificially sweet scent.
Each piece was donut shaped and had colorful sprinkles all over the donuts and also in the cereal.
It had distinctive brown sugar flavor, and the texture was crunchy as always.
However, I didn't really find donut aspect except the shape.
They're not glazed but really sweet and sprinkles were kneaded into the cereals, not sprinkled over the surface like real donuts.
I wish it had more donut features other than the shape.

Christmas Crunch
旦那が「キャップン クランチ スプリンクルドーナツ クランチ」というシリアルを
ターゲットで見つけた。
「新商品」と書かれていたけれど、2014年春に書かれたレビューがあったので、それ以降
材料が改良されたのか、単に箱のデザインが同じままなのかは不明。
裏面にはドーナツの写真があり、それらを使ったゲームが紹介されていた。
甘いドーナツの香りを想像していたけれど、袋を開けると妙な人工香料の甘ったるい
香りがした。
各シリアルはドーナツの形をし、カラフルな沢山のスプリンクルが表面にたっぷりと
かかっていて、シリアルの中にもスプリンクルが見えた。
ブラウンシュガーの独特の風味があり、食感はいつものと同じでサクサクしていた。
ただ、形を除いてドーナツらしさは全然なかった。
グレーズがかかっていないにもかかわらずとても甘く、スプリンクルはシリアルに練り
込んであった。
ドーナツと思わずに食べればいいのかもしれないけれど、名前がドーナツなのでもう少し
味もドーナツに近かったら良かった。
