Yo-Kai Watch Okome De Rusk
妖怪ウォッチ お米deラスク

Yamazaki launched 14 new Yo-Kai Watch items on February 1, 2015, and I got to try "Milk Rusk" and this "Okome de Rusk."
* Okome (お米) means rice.
Like the name says, it's a rusk made with rice and it's apple pie flavor.
On the right top, it says, "Akkanbe-kari-" which is a bakery in Sakura New Town.
At the bottom, it says, "Rusks made with rice and they're crispy!"
Left side of Jibanyan (red cat), there's Whisper (a Yo-Kai Butler) and Himojii (a grandpa who makes people hungry) is eating a rice ball behind a straw rice bag.
On the right, Rokurokubi (a lady in kimono with a long neck), Karakasa Obake (an old umbrella ghost) and Hitotsume Kozo (one-eyed boy).
On the package, there're several straw rice bags and they remind me that this rusks are made with rice.
There's a tray holding rusks and a green pouch which is an Omikuji (paper fortune) sticker.
It had buttery, sugary, and sweet and sour apple scent.
It's crispy and light like a rice cracker.
Same as the scent, it had sweet and sour apple flavor and crunchy sugars all over the surface, but the aftertaste had rice flavor, and with the rice flavor, apple pie taste didn't go well with at all.
Rusk means "twice baked bread," and this product is made from rice but not bread, so it shouldn't be named as "rusk" to begin with.
When I looked at the ingredients list, I didn't see rice but Mochi flour (sticky rice flour), so it's none other than rice cracker.
Omikuji (paper fortune) sticker.
This time, I got blessing (吉) this time and the character was Komasan, a white cat.
On the back.
"Komasan is a Yo-Kai of shrine dog/foo dog who left a shrine in a countryside and came to Sakura New Town. His favorite item is soft ice cream."

2015年2月1日、山崎から妖怪ウォッチの新商品が14種類発売された。
その中で「ミルクラスク」を以前食べ、今日は「お米deラスク」を食べた。
これはお米で作られたラスクで、アップルパイ味らしい。
右上には、さくらニュータウンにある「アッカンベーカリー」の文字があった。
袋の下には「サクッとした食感のお米のラスクです！」と書かれていた。
ジバニャンの左側には妖怪執事のウィスパー、米俵の後ろではひも爺がおにぎりを食べて
いた。
右側にはろくろ首、から傘お化け、一つ目小僧がいた。
パッケージ全体に米俵があり、このラスクがお米で出来ていることを表していた。
中にはトレーが1つあり、ラスクとおみくじシールが入った緑の袋が入っていた。
ラスクはバターと砂糖、リンゴの甘い酸っぱい香りがした。
軽くサクサクし、おかきのような食感だった。
香りと同じく甘酸っぱいリンゴの風味で砂糖がシャリシャリしていたけれど、後味はお米
臭さというかおかきのような味だった。
このお米の味とアップルパイの味は全然合っていなかった。
ラスクは「二度焼きのパン」を意味するので、そもそもパンではなくお米で作られている
ため、ラスクと名付けたのが疑問。
また、原材料名を見るとお米ではなくもち粉が使われていたので、材料を見てもこれは
おかき以外の何でもない。
おみくじシールは「吉」で、キャラクターはコマさんだった。
裏面にはコマさんの説明があり、「田舎の神社を出てさくらニュータウンにやってきた
コマイヌの妖怪。大好物はソフトクリーム」と書いてあった。
