Exclusive Summer Night Festival At Square Enix
スクウェア・エニックスの社員限定納涼祭

On August 22, 2014, Square Enix held a summer night festival at the cafeteria, and it's not only for the employees and they can bring their families.
Towards the cafeteria from the elevator, there're some posters of games of Square Enix.
They opened the cafe at 5 PM and when I got there a quarter after 5, there're many employees and their families.
The cafeteria looked very different from usual; there're paper lanterns, balloons crane game machines and Groove Coaster EX of Taito (and the games were free to play).
Some displays were the same but I saw new ones.
As it's a festival, they're selling Yakisoba, Takoyaki, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and other foods and snacks.
These are called "Imagawayaki" and they're made of batter filled with sweet red bean jam paste or custard cream most of the time.

Custard flavor had Chocobo on.
Blue Hawaii (non-alcoholic)
It's some sort of blue syrup and fruit juice with a slice of pine and a paper umbrella.
They had a crossword puzzle with 4 hints in the lounge and, and they're giving prizes to those who solve it.
And the answer we submitted was correct, and we got a bag of goods.
One of them was a file of Final Fantasy X-2.
Another good was a Blue Slime Tin which I reviewed before.
I'm not good at crane games, but they're relocating the stuffed animals so that kids can get them easily, and they let me play it, too.
I got Funassyi thanks to the employee who arranged the position of the doll.
It's nice to see some people I know again and someone new, and to play some games which I rarely do was a lot of fun. <-- I fall asleep as soon as my husband starts playing video games.
Summer night festival with foods you find at festivals a lot and arcade games in the Square Enix employees only cafeteria was a special experience.
2014年8月22日、スクウェア・エニックスのカフェテリアで納涼祭が開催された。
この納涼祭は社員だけでなく社員の家族も参加することができるので、私も行ってきた。
17時から解放されていたカフェテリアに着いたのは17：15頃で、すでに沢山の社員、
親族が来ていた。
普段社員が利用している時のカフェテリアとは雰囲気がちがい、ちょうちんや風船、
クレーンゲーム、タイトーのグルーヴコースターEXが置いてあった。（しかも無料）
私はめったにテレビゲーム、ゲームセンターの機械を使うことはないけれど、せっかく
なのでグルーヴコースターEXで遊んでみた。
このゲームは音楽に合わせてボタンを押したり、押さえたり、連打したりするゲームで
面白かったので、また遊んでみたい。
棚のディスプレーは以前と同じもの、新しいものが混ざっていて、オンラインショップで
購入できるものも並べられていた。
納涼祭なので焼きそば、たこ焼き、アルコール飲料、ソフトドリンク、お菓子などが
販売されていた。
今川焼は味によって違うキャラクターの焼き印が押されていて、スライム型の肉まんも
あった。
カスタードを購入すると、キャラクターはチョコボだった。
生地は外がパリッと中はしっとりし、滑らかなカスタードクリームで美味しかった。
ノンアルコールの「ブルーハワイ」は青色のシロップとフルーツジュースが入っていて、
パイナップルが1切れと小さな傘が付いていた。
カフェテリア内に隠された4つのヒントを元に解くクロスワードパズルがあり、提出した
答えが正解し、景品をもらえた。
1つはファイナルファンタジーX-2のファイル、もう1つは以前レビューを書いたスライム
サブレの青い缶だった。
私はクレーンゲームが得意ではないけれど、担当係が子供でも簡単に人形を取れるように
人形の置く場所を変えていた。
私も久々に挑戦してみたところ、目当てのふなっしーを一発で獲得。
もちろん人形を取りやすい場所に動かしてくれたお姉さんのお蔭。
知っている人や初めて会う人と話す機会があり、普段めったに触らないゲームで遊べて
とても楽しかった。
（旦那がゲームを始めると、私はすぐに眠りに落ちてしまう）
お祭りでよく見かける食べ物とゲームセンターに置いてあるゲームをスクウェア・
エニックスの社員のみが使えるカフェテリアで楽しむことができた。

It's a music game and you follow the screen and press, hold or strike buttons.
It's pretty fun and I'd love to play again in the future.
