This is another Test Flavor from Doritos and its number is 404.

Another Test Flavor: 855

As it's mentioned, the chips were thicker and larger.

To me, the sour flavor was similar to Buffalo Wild Wings Thai Curry sauce, but only the sourness, not the spiciness.
And it didn't have curry flavor either.

On the ingredients list, brown sugar was listed before salt, however what we thought about the flavor was not sweet but sour.
Like Test Flavor: 855, it had garlic and onion powder, but this one contains lime juice and orange juice solids, so we figured that the sourness was coming from the citrus fruits juice.

We had no idea what the flavor was...

これはドリトスのテストフレーバーで、番号は404。

前回の記事にも書いたけれど、通常のチップスよりも大きく分厚かった。

バッファローワイルドウィングの対カレーソースに味が似ていたけれど、辛さではなく
酸味だけが似ていた。
ただ、カレーの味はなし。

原材料を見ると、塩の前にブラウンシュガーと書かれていたけれど、甘さよりも
酸っぱさが強かった。
テストフレーバー: 855と同じようにガーリックパウダー、オニオンパウダーが入って
いたけれど、このテストフレーバーにはライムジュースやオレンジジュースが載って
いたので、酸味はこの2つの柑橘類からきているものだと分かった。

結局これが何味なのか全く分からなかった。。。
