Frito-Lay Canada Launched Ruffles Jalapeno Pepper

At Walmart in Canada, we found Frito-Lay "Ruffles Jalapeno Pepper."
According to Ruffles Canada Facebook page, they launched Ruffles Jalapeno Pepper on September 5, 2013.
Though it's in the market for more than 6 months, they still put "New! Nouveau!" on the top.

The image shows that this would taste like fried jalapeno pepper stuffed with cheese.

At the bottom, it says "simulated flavour," which means artificial flavor.
* it's not typo, but in Canada they spell "flavour" with "u."
I wonder why it doesn't say "artificial" instead of indirect "simulated." 
Maybe related to Canadian law?

On the back, it says "Poppin' Hot!" and how spicy and cheesy this product is.

When I opened the bag, I could smell spicy jalapeno instantly.

When I had it, it tastes much spicier than I thought (but not that spicy like real one).
And it had actually cheese flavor, too, so the description on the package didn't lie.

It's quite good and spicy, and it's hard to stop eating to be honest.
We searched if we can get it in the States, but all they had was jalapeno ranch, so seems like we can only get this jalapeno pepper in Canada.
If I encounter one, I'd buy one or two for sure.

カナダのウォルマートで、フリトレーが製造している「ラッフルズ ハラペーニョ ペッパー」という
ポテトチップスを見つけた。
ラッフルズとは、日本では「厚切り」や「ウェーブカット」と呼ばれるギザギザにカットされた
ポテトチップス。
ラッフルズ カナダのフェイスブックページを見てみると、この商品が発売されたのは
2013年9月5日らしい。
約半年経った今でもパッケージには英語とフランス語で「新商品！」と書かれている。
袋のイメージ画像は、ハラペーニョにチーズを詰めて揚げたもの。
袋の右下には「偽の香料」を意味する "simulated flavour" と回りくどい言い方で書かれている。
アメリカだと "aritificial artificial" （人工香料）と当たり前のように記載されているので、
表記の仕方にカナダの法律でも関係しているのか？と疑問に思う。
* アメリカ英語と違って、カナダでは "u" を入れた "flavour" という綴りが一般的。

袋の後ろには Poppin' Hot! （はじける辛さ！）と記載されていて、このポテトチップスの辛さと
チーズ風味について書かれていた。
袋を開けると、すぐにハラペーニョの辛い香りがした。

食べてみると香りだけでなく、ちゃんと辛さもあり、チーズの味もしたので、袋に書かれていた
内容は嘘ではなさそう。（ただし、本物のハラペーニョほどは辛くない。）
スパイシーで美味しく、手を止めるのが難しいほど。

アメリカでも同じ商品があるか調べてみたけれど、見つかったのは「ハラペーニョ ランチ」のみで
恐らくこの「ハラペーニョ ペッパー」が買えるのはカナダだけ。
今度見つけたらまた買おうと思う。
