Kinako Mochi (Soybean Flour and Rice Cake)
They use Gyuhi instead of real rice cake.
Gyuhi is made with rice flour and similar to Tukish delight.
Kinako is mixed with some sort of cream and really smooth.
Gyuhi is so thick that I don't doubt why they put a warning "Be careful of Gyuhi getting caught in your throat."
