McDonald's Japan launched several new items on January 10, 2018 with "Exceed Dabuchi!" campaign.
Dabuchi is an abbreviation of Double Cheeseburger, but I personally never used this new term that they came up with, and Double Cheeseburger won a popularity vote among McDonald's Japan items in 2017.
For the first 2018 campaign "Exceed Dabuchi!" includes Spicy Double Cheeseburger, Cheese Cheese Double Cheeseburger, Triple Cheeseburger and Shaka Shaka Potato Double Cheeseburger Flavor for a limited time.

At the register, they had this banner of Shaka Shaka Potato Double Cheeseburger Flavor, and you can get this seasoning for 30 yen more.

There're cheese powder, beef seasoning, dill, onion, tomato powder, mustard powder and a bunch of spices.

This bag is for Shaka Shaka Potato.
Shaka Shaka is a onomatopoetic word to describe when you shake a container with something inside.

First, pour fries into the bag.

Second, add the whole seasoning powder.

The powder was orange and had strong pickles scent, but it didn't have any cheese scent.

Powder over the fries.

Fold the top of the bag (2-3 times), then shake well.

I shook the bag up-down and right-left, then the seasoning was well combined with the fries.

Each fries was coated with the orange powder, and it still had pickles scent.

It had sourness and sweetness, and tangy mustard and dill pickles flavors stayed in my mouth from the begging to the end, and also I tasted some tomatoes, so basically I tasted the ingredients used in Double Cheeseburger.
However, the essential cheese flavor was almost impossible to find and I wish they had added more cheese powder and it would have been closer to Double Cheeseburger more.

チーズパウダー、ビーフシーズニング、ディル、オニオン、トマトパウダー、マスタード
パウダー、その他スパイスが入っていた。

シャカシャカポテト専用の袋。

まず、袋にポテトを入れる。

そこにシーズニングパウダーを全て入れる。

オレンジ色がかかった粉でピクルスの香りがし、チーズの香りはしなかった。

ポテトに粉が乗った状態。

袋の上部を2〜3度折って、よく振る。

上下、左右によく振った後に袋を開けると、全体的によく混ざっていた。

各ポテトがオレンジの粉に覆われていて、相変わらずピクルスの香りが強かった。

酸味と甘みがあり、ピリッとしたマスタードとディルピクルスの味が最初から最後まで
あり、ほんのりトマトの味もし、ダブルチーズバーガーに入っている具材の味だった。
肝心のチーズ味はほとんど分からず、もっとチーズパウダーが多く配合されていれば
ダブルチーズバーガー味に近かったと思う。
