(Japanese follows. /
My husband saw that The lambs Club Bar serves afternoon tea and we booked a table via Open Table.
It's on the second floor, and there's a little sign says "The Bar" on the wall.
At the reception desk, we're welcomed by staffs in suites.
However, when we're seated, they didn't have any afternoon tea menu and we're told that the site needed to be updated by a waiter without any word of sorry for the inconvenience.
Bar description says “just to enjoy afternoon tea with friends,” and we thought of afternoon tea set, yet they mean(t) literally “tea in the afternoon” I guess.

Tea menu
I got a caffeine-free Rooibos tea with lemon.
Thé des Lords Rooibos
The label says "Caffeine-Free Earl Grey."
The spout was interesting; there's a little slit at the tip and there's a pin hole at the bottom.
Fudge Bar
Vanilla Bean Ganache, Fleur de Sel, Milk and Cookie Ice Cream
Over the layer of rich brownie, smooth salted caramel and vanilla flavored light-texture cream, there's a black and white striped chocolate.
The ice cream tasted similar to Oreos.
Petit Fours
Daily Selection, Cookies, Chocolates
He didn't explain what there were at all and I don't know the details.
Chocolate cookies were crispy and a bit bitter, and the cream in-between was sweet and creamy.
Mini macaron was decorated with gold color on both shells.
The shells were crispy and also chewy, and it's good.
The filing was caramel and vanilla or buttercream.
The top had galactic design.
It tasted like sour cherry with some praline, and my husband said it tasted like alcohol.
Sugar coated gummy tasted rich in grapes, but my husband said it tasted like wine.
When I read the reviews of the bar, many say the service is impeccable and professional, but personally I thought the waiter was quite casual as if it’s a chain restaurant though the atmosphere they provide was high-end with not sophisticated way to talk to customers and chit-chat loud with his colleagues except the reception desk staffs were polite and polished.
Also, the waiter told us, "Move the utensils" when he brought the sweets and he put the plates with clashing noise by hitting plates against other plates, and I just couldn't believe he's in the hospitality service.
Tea: 7 dollars
Fudge Bar: 14 dollars
Petit Fours: 11 dollars
* All before tax.

(Between 6th Avenue and Broadway)
Thé des Lords Rooibos
