Spaghetti Incident

(Japanese follows. /

I saw "Spaghetti in a Cone" on Instagram  back in spring, and when I did more research, it's available at a restaurant called Spaghetti Incident.
More specifically, the spaghetti in a paper conical container is for to-go orders so that you can eat it easily.

When I was nearby, I had already eaten or the restaurant wasn't open yet so that I didn't have a chance to try it, but finally, we went there last weekend.

When we got there around 5 PM on Saturday, 80% of the tables were taken (on the right side, there're another 3 tables or so).
There's a L-shaped counter table with about 6 chairs.

Before placing our order, my husband asked a staff if to-go spaghetti would come in a cone, then she said we could choose either a cone or a container with lid, and we got it in a cone because that's the reason we're here for.
Those with asterisk (*) are made with homemade fresh pasta, and I got the 1st spaghetti in the menu called "Chitarra."

While waiting at the bench by the door, I enjoyed seeing them cooking in the open-kitchen and I got really excited when I saw them putting pasta into a paper cone and good looking sauce.

The outside was dark so that we walked towards the brighter lights nearby.
(The photo above was taken in front of the restaurant.)

Chitarra
Homemade mozzarella, basil in fresh chopped tomato sauce. Homemade fresh spaghetti.

Chitarra is a type of pasta that is made with a wooden box with strings that look like a guitar, which is chitarra in Italian.

The pasta was a little bit thicker than a matchstick, and the cut edge was square.
It had the characteristic chewy texture of fresh pasta and soaked up the light tomato sauce really well.
The tomato sauce had strong sour flavor with chunks of tomatoes and chopped basil.
It had rich garlic flavor and there're some thinly sliced garlic in the sauce.
Mozzarella cubes were large and there're a lot, and some pieces were melted by the heat of the sauce and pasta.

Interestingly, they put grated parmesan cheese at the tip of the cone, and I think it's to prevent the sauce from leaking.
It's tasty but I felt 14 dollars for the amount was a bit pricey.
