My husband sent me a photo of a board at Melt Kraft in Turnstyle at Columbus Circle. 
One of the items was fried mozzarella cheese curds, and we went to try them in the evening.

Menu

There's only one staff and though the cheese curds were fried and set aside, she kept taking orders from other customers and never served us the cheese curds.
After several minutes seeing the cheese curds sitting in the kitchen, we finally received a box.

The portion was quite large for 6 dollars.

The box was larger than my hand.

BBQ Honey Mustard sauce had a little sour mustard flavor and BBQ flavor was much stronger, and this sauce was better than I had thought.
However, I wish we could have chosen ketchup or regular BBQ sauce.

The fine batter was lightly crispy.

Small pieces were mostly melted yet still the core had sone chewiness.

I saw layers and threads in large pieces, and those had strong squeaky textures.
We have no idea where they purchase cheese curds from, but they were really squeaky and tasty.

旦那から、コロンバスサークルのターンスタイルにあるメルトクラフトのメニューが
送られて来た。
その中にフライドモッァレラ チーズカードがあり、その日の夕方食べに行った。

メニュー

店員は1人だけで、揚がったチーズカードを横に置いたまま他のお客さんの注文を取り
続けていたため、ずっと出来上がった商品が手渡されないままだった。
チーズカードがキッチンに数分置かれた後、やっと箱に詰めたものをもらった。

6ドルにしては量がとても多かった。

箱は手よりも多かった。

BBQハニーマスタードソースはマスタードの酸味が少しだけあり、BBQソースの味が
思ったよりも強くて意外と食べやすかった。
ただ、ハニーマスタードよりもケチャップや普通のBBQソースが選べたら良かった。

細かい衣が付いた表面は軽くサクサクしていた。

小さな粒は全体的に溶けていたけれど、中心には歯ごたえが残っていた。

大きなものはチーズカードの筋や層のような状態が見え、キュキュッとした食感が強く
残っていた。
どこのチーズカードを使っているのか分からなかったけれど、歯ごたえがあってとても
美味しかった。
