When we went to Dreamers Lounge for the Halloween Afternoon Tea and Dessert Medley, we also ordered Dreamers Lounge Sandwich Set as the Afternoon Tea set isn't served till noon.
However, the service that day was so slow that we didn't even get any utensils over 20 minutes after we placed our order, and the sandwich finally arrived at our table another 10 minutes later after being swung here and there as the staff had no idea where to bring it, which also happened to other dishes we ordered.
We chose Grilled Chicken and Pumpkin Salad Pain de Campagne with Mozzarella, and it came with potatoes and mini dessert.
The pumpkin salad did't have mayonnaise flavor (at least I didn't notice), and mozzarella cheese was melted.
It had balsamic vinegar flavor and the rich sourness was overpowering the pumpkin salad.
Pain de Campagne was crispy outside but a bit dry overall.
The grilled chicken was THIGH with SKIN on and it's so disgusting, and neither of us had a bite but removed it from the sandwich.
Thus, basically we had "Pumpkin Salad with Mozzarella."
Potatoes were well seasoned yet they're all cold; this plate must have been sitting in the kitchen for long enough to get cold...
This mini dessert was lemon flavored pound cake, and it's tastier than the sandwich.
Coffee or tea is included and it's free refill.

行った時、アフタヌーンティーは正午まで出されないのでドリーマーズラウンジ サンド
ウィッチセットも一緒に頼んだ。
ただ、この日のサービスはとても遅く、注文してから20分以上ナイフやフォークが出され
ず、さらにその後10分ほどしてやっと料理が出された。
その際もお皿があっちこっちに振り回されていて、スタッフがどの席に何の料理を持って
行くのか分かっていなかった。（他の料理に関しても同じ）
グリルドチキンとパンプキンサラダ モッツァレッラのパン・ド・カンパーニュを選んだ。
ポテトとミニデザート付き。
パンプキンサラダにマヨネーズの味はなく（少なくとも私は気付かず）、モッツァレラ
チーズも溶けていた。
バルサミコ酢のような味がし、その濃厚な酸味がパンプキンサラダの味を消していた。
パン・ド・カンパーニュはサクッとしていたけれど、全体的に乾燥していた。
グリルドチキンはもも肉で、しかも皮付きだったので気持ちが悪く、一口も食べずに
サンドイッチから外して食べた。
そのため「パンプキンサンドウィッチとモッツァレッラ」のサンドイッチになった。
ポテトの味付けは良かったもののどれも冷えていたので、出来上がってからかなり長い間
キッチンに放置されていたのだと思う。
ミニデザートのパウンドケーキはレモン風味で、サンドイッチよりも美味しかった。
コーヒーか紅茶が選べ、お代わり自由。
