When we're watching Gotham Season 3, Episode 1, I was curious which bar they filmed the scenes with Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Valerie Vale (Jamie Chung) were.
When I researched the filming locations, I found that Old Town Bar near Union Square was the bar.

Jim Gordon was sitting in front of a retro cash register, and I sat at the same spot.
The machine is right under the light.
There're 4-5 booths and they're sitting one of the booths.

After getting Diet Coke, I ordered a Cheeseburger cooked to medium and fries for the side.
Lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles were on the side.
I chose American cheese and other choices were Swiss, Muenster and Cheddar.
I placed the vegetables over the patty.
The patty beef patty was thick and the burger became quite tall with everything between the sesame seeded soft bun.
The patty was cooked to medium as I asked, and the roughly ground meat wasn't too soft and had some textures.
The patty was really juicy and the juice was dripping.
Shoestring fries were skinny and not salted, and I could add salt, pepper and ketchup the way I wanted.
Men's bathroom was on the first floor but women's bathroom was on the 2nd floor.
There's a door on the right side when you enter the bar, and this leads you to the 2nd floor.
The tile continued to behind the door.
Stairs.
Going up the stairs, there're 2 bathrooms at the end of the space.
There're many tables on the 2nd floor.

I asked the owner how the filming was scheduled, and he said the TV show offers several weeks and months in advance and they reserve the bar for 24 hours.
Often the filming occurred between midnight and morning, and when they film the scenes, they completely close the bar.
Also, he said the bar was filmed in so many movies and dramas.

ゴッサム シーズン3の第1話を見ていた時、ジム・ゴードン（弁・マッケンジー）と
ヴァレリー・ヴェイル（ジェイミー・チャン）がいたバーがどこなのか気になった。
撮影場所を検索すると、ユニオンスクエア近くにあるオールドタウンバーだということが
分かった。
お店の奥から、入り口に向かって撮影。
ドラマの1シーン。
レトロなレジの前にジム・ゴードンが座っていたので、私もここに座った。
ライトの真下にレジがある。
ボックス席が4〜5つあり、このうちどこかに座っていたはず。

メニュー
ダイエットコークを頼んだ後にチーズバーガーをミディアムで注文し、サイドにポテトを
付けた。
レタス、トマト、玉ねぎ、ピクルスが添えられていた。
チーズはアメリカン、スイス、ミュンスター、チェダーから選べ、私はアメリカンに
した。
全ての野菜をパティの上に乗せた。
ビーフパティは厚みがあり、ゴマが付いたふわふわのバンズの間に全ての具材を挟むと
かなり背が高くなった。
パティは注文通りミディアムに焼けていて、粗めの挽肉で柔らかすぎず適度な噛み応えが
あった。
パティはとてもジューシーで肉汁が溢れた。
細めにカットされたシューストリング ポテトは塩がかかっていなかったので、塩胡椒、
ケチャップで自分好みの味にできた。
男性用のお手洗いは1階にあり、女性用は2階にあった。
バーに入ってすぐ右手にドアがあり、このドアが2階に繋がっている。
タイルの床が、ドアを開けた場所まで続いていた。
階段
階段を上ると、突き当たりにお手洗いが2つあった。
2階にもテーブルが沢山あった。

オーナーにどのように撮影の予定が立てられるのか聞くと、数週間〜数ヶ月前に番組側
から提案があり、24時間貸切にして撮影するらしい。
特に夜中から朝にかけて撮影が多いそうで、撮影時は臨時閉店となると言っていた。
また、ゴッサム以外にも多くの映画やドラマがこのバーで撮影されたと教えてくれた。
