At Le Cellier Steakhouse, I had my 155th and 156th poutines.
Le Cellier Signature Poutine

Fresh-cut French Fries, Canadian Cheddar, Truffles and Red Wine Reduction

When it's served, there's no red wine sauce but the waitress poured it at the table.

Large cheese curds had some squeakiness, and there's also shredded cheese.

It had fragrant truffle flavor but the sauce was very salty and the fries were also salted a lot.
Fries were crispy but as they're not thick so that they tended to get soggy fast.

ル・セリエ ステーキハウスで、155個目と156個目のプーティンを食べた。

フレンチフライ、カナダ チェダーチーズ、トリュフ、煮詰めたレッドワイン

プーティンが出された時はレッドワインソースがかかっていなかったけれど、テーブルで
ウェイトレスがソースをかけていた。

大きなチーズカードは少し歯ごたえがあった。
また、削ったチーズも入っていた。

トリュフの香りが良かったけれど、ソースがかなり塩っぱく、ポテトにも塩が沢山かけて
あった。
サクサクのポテトは太いカットではないため、ぐしゃぐしゃになるのが早かった。
