French Toast From Fabiane's Cafe & Pastry

When I was tweeting some stuff, a cafe in Brooklyn called Fabiane's Cafe & Pastry talked to me to come and try their food.
The other day, we had a plan in Brooklyn so that we stopped by for brunch.
There're tables inside and outside, and first you have to place your order at the counter, receive a numbered plate, put it on the table you chose and wait for them to bring you food.
Menu
The showcases had baked goods and cakes.
Water with lemons and coffee/tea condiments station.
Special menus on the board.
My husband got Baked Eggs.
3 eggs were baked in the oven and it came with a baguette with butter.
It's my first time to try this dish in my life, and it's like sunny side up but the top was close to poached eggs or Onsen Tamago (hot spring eggs).
The eggs weren't seasoned, but I'm not sure if it's normal to cooke Baked Eggs or not.
Plain French Toast
These french toast served about 30 minutes after we ordered had dark brown surface as if they're overcooked.
Butter and maple syrup were brought in plastic cups.
Appareil was well absorbed into the bread.
I added butter and syrup, and the syrup was very watery and tasted like maple flavored syrup.
The bread was soft and moist, and it had some orange flavor.
It's not a full-service restaurant, it took them long to serve dishes, plates weren't anything special and the portion was small so that I thought they're over priced.

お店に食べてに来てくださいと言われた。
先日ブルックリンで用事があったので、ブランチに立ち寄ることにした。
室内外に席があり、まずカウンターで料理を注文し、渡された番号札を自分で選んだ席に
置き、スタッフが出来上がった料理を持って来るのを待つ。
メニュー
ショーケースには焼き菓子やケーキがあった。
レモン入りの水と、コーヒー・紅茶に必要なものが置いてあった。
スペシャルメニュー
旦那はベイクド エッグス（baked eggs）にした。
これは3個の卵をオーブンで焼いたもので、バゲットとバターが付いてきた。
初めてこの料理を食べたのだけれど、目玉焼きに似ていて、表面はポーチドエッグや温泉
たまごのような食感だった。
たまごに味が付いていなかったけれど、通常のベイクドエッグスがこうなのかは不明。
プレーン フレンチトースト
注文してから約30分かかって出てきたフレンチトーストは、少し焼けすぎな焦げ茶色
だった。
バターとメープルシロップは、プラスチックのカップに入っていた。
パンがアパレイユをしっかり吸っていた。
バターとシロップをかけた。
シロップはさらさらと水っぽく、メープル風味のシロップという印象。
パンは柔らかくしっとりし、オレンジの香りがした。
フルサービルではないこと、料理が出てくるまで待ち時間が長く、料理自体に特別な
要素はなく、量も少ないことから、割高に感じた。
