Chile Mocha From Starbucks

Starbucks in the states launched some fall season items on September 6, 2016, and the line-up includes PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) as always, but this year, they added Chile Mocha and the flavor is available for latte, Frappuccino and coffee-free hot chocolate.
It's an exciting news to me who hates pumpkin spice that is available at almost every single store, not limited to just Starbucks.
When I received a receipt, it said, "Tl Chile Moc Frp," which is Tall Chile Mocha Frappuccino I believe but I got a hot latte correctly I had ordered though the sticker also says "Frp."
The cup wasn't any thing special or autumn theme but a simple white cup.
After adding whipped cream, they finished it with chile powder.
Press release described the flavor as the following.
"The beverage is made with espresso and steamed milk infused with a cocoa and cinnamon powder, topped with a dollop of whipped cream and finished with a sprinkle of Chile Mocha topping, consisting of ancho and cayenne chile pepper, cinnamon, paprika, sugar and a touch of sea salt."
Cinnamon scent was as strong as chile peppers.
When I sipped, the whipped cream stayed at the top and the spices didn't come down so that I stirred the beverage with a wooden stick.
It's a sweet latte with cocoa and cinnamon flavors, and it had a light heat from the peppers at the end.
It tasted like lightly sweetened hot chocolate with dry spice which is rubbed into chicken.
After drinking the whole cup, I saw fine powder spices left in the cup.

毎年のごとくPSL（パンプキンスパイスラテ）が提供され、今年はラインナップにチリ
モカが加わった。
チリモカはラテ、フラペチーノ、コーヒーが入っていないホットチョコレートで注文可能。
スターバックスに限らず、どこへ行っても見かけるパンプキンスパイスが嫌いな私に
とって、これはとても嬉しいニュースだった。
レシートをもらうと「Tl Chile Moc Frap」と書かれていて、これはトール チリモカ フラペ
チーノを指すのだと思うけれど、商品はちゃんと頼んだ通りに温かいラテだった。
（カップのシールもFrpと書かれていた）
カップは単なる白いもので、特別仕様でもなく秋らしい模様も載っていなかった。
生クリームを乗せ、最後にチリパウダーをかけていた。
プレスリリースに以下の説明が載っていた。
「この飲み物はエスプレッソ、ココアとシナモンの香りを抽出したスチームミルクを
混ぜ、最後に生クリームとチリモカトッピング（アンチョペッパー、カイエンペッパー、
シナモン、パプリカ、砂糖、海塩）を一振り。」
唐辛子の香りと同じくらいシナモンの甘い香りがした。
飲んでも生クリームは上に残ったままでスパイスが下りてこなかったたので、木の棒で
混ぜた。
ココアとシナモンの味がする甘めのラテで、最後に唐辛子のピリッとした味がほんの少し
だけあった。
甘さが控えめのホットチョコレートに、（鶏肉にすり込んで使う）ドライスパイスを
足したような味だった。
飲み終わると、カップには細かい粉状のスパイスが残っていた。
