Bethy Leonard's Incredible Chewy Chocolate Pecan Cookies With Lots Of Pecans

My mother-in-law gave us a box of cookies from Stew Leonard's, and it's called "Bethy Leonard's Incredible Chewy Chocolate Pecan Cookies with Lots of Pecans."
When I read, "All natural - made with gluten free ingredients," I assumed it'd be baked meringue as it doesn't contain flour.
It's made with confectionary sugar, pecan, egg whites, unsweetened Dutch cocoa and salt.
There're about 8 large cookies.
Each cookie was thick and tall.
Bottom
Though it's a large and tall cookie, it's not heavy but feathery.
The outside was fragile and broke with light crispy sound, and the center was moist and chewy.
This cookie had nutty flavor from pecan nuts and bitter-sweet chocolate flavor, and it's very tasty.
It's much lighter and crispier than regular cookies, and I ended up eating more than I should have.

「全て自然の食品で作られた、グルテンフリーのクッキー」と見て、小麦を使っていない
なら焼いたメレンゲのようなものだろうと想像していた。
コンフェクショナリーシュガー、ピーカンナッツ、卵白、無糖ココア、塩が使われている。
大きなクッキーが8枚ほど入っていた。
各クッキーは厚みがあった。
底
大きく厚みのあるクッキーだったけれど、重さは感じられず、とても軽かった。
食べると外はもろく、サクッと音を立てて崩れ、中心はしっとり、ねっとりしていた。
ピーカンナッツの香りと、ほんのり苦味のあるチョコレート味でとても美味しかった。
通常のクッキーよりもサクサクした食感があり、ついつい沢山食べてしまった。
