Truffle Macaroni & Cheese From Lucky's

We went to a diner called Lucky's in Stamford last weekend for supper.
The interior was retro and there're many tables towards to end of the restaurant, and there're many seats including the terrace tables.
Happy Hour's starters were good deal.
Menu
I asked if they had any unsweetened iced tea, and our waitress said, "I don't think so," so I got diet Pepsi, but 10 minutes later, she brought iced tea.
When I confirmed her, she said there's no sweetener in the tea.
It took them 10 minutes to bring out drinks and they didn't give us straws till we asked. (Weird)
I got Truffle Macaroni & Cheese and we shared Onion Rings.
The foods were brought more than 10 minutes after the drinks were served.

Beer-battered onions rings were crunchy.
Truffle Macaroni & Cheese
Penne rigate, four cheeses, truffle oil, topped with crunchy bread crumbs, and it had garlic and truffle scent.
There's no description of the cheeses so that I have no idea what they used, and they had enough cheese flavors to be called Mac & Cheese, but it's not thick or creamy but just "pasta mixed with cheese" and not stringy either.
The fine channels on the pasta caught the cheese sauce and crunchy bread crumbs, that was nice.
The foods were "ok," and the service (our waitress) was slow and didn't provide much information, and I don't think I'll go back here for a while.

先週末の夕食に、スタンフォードにあるラッキーズというダイナーに行った。
正式名称は、ラッキーズ クラシックバーガー＆モルトショップなのだと思う。
内装はレトロな感じで、店内は奥まで席があり、テラス席も含めるかなり席数が多い。
ハッピーアワーは料理が安く提供されていた。
メニュー
甘くないアイスティーがあるか聞くと、ウェイトレスが「無いと思う」と言っていたので
ダイエットペプシを頼むと、10分ほどしてアイスティーが出された。
ウェイトレスに聞くと「甘味料は入っていない」と言っていた。
飲み物が出てくるまでに10分、ストローも頼まないと出されなかった。（かなり変）
私はトリュフ マカロニ＆チーズを選び、オニオンリングをシェアした。
食べ物が出てきたのは、飲み物が出されてからさらに10分以上経ってからだった。
オニオンリング
ビール入りの衣が使われ、サクッと揚がっていた。
トリュフ マカロニ＆チーズ
ペンネ・リガーテ、チーズ4種、トリュフオイルにパン粉がかかっていて、ニンニクと
トリュフオイルの香りがした。
チーズの種類が書かれていなかったので、どのチーズが入っていたのかは分からない
けれど、マカロニ＆チーズと呼ぶに十分なチーズの味がした。
ただ、濃厚さやクリーミーさがなく、糸も引かなかったので、「パスタとチーズを混ぜた
だけ」という感じだった。
パスタの表面にある細かい溝にチーズソースとサクサクのパン粉が入り込んでいたのは
良かった。
料理は「至って普通」で、接客に関しても、担当のウェイトレスは説明が不十分だったり
遅かったりで、すぐに再訪することはないと思う。
