Ample Hill's Creamery is a ice cream shop opened in 2011 in Brooklyn, and there're several locations.
When I had Temaki from Uma Temakeria in Gotham West Market, I tried some ice cream from Ample Hill's Creamery .
They have kids, small, large and pint for ice cream size, and they can also make shakes, float and sundaes, too.
Besides cups, there're wafer cone and sugar cone (no extra charge) and pretzel cone and chocolate chip cone (1.50 dollars each).
There're about 12 flavors in the showcase, and I got Hell's Kitchen Sink and The Dude.
The Dude is on the top of Hell's Kitchen Sink.
The Dude is "a smooth & creamy coffee ice cream with Brooklyn Republic Vodka."
The reason I chose this flavor was it's tasty when I got a sample, and as I didn't read the description, I didn't know it had vodka.
It's silky and had lightly bitter coffee flavor, but I didn't taste any vodka.
I rarely drink coffee but I like mildly coffee flavored snacks, and I enjoyed the bitter-sweet flavor.
Hell's Kitchen Sink is only available at Gotham West Market, and it said, "An explosion of flavors!"
It's made with dark chocolate and Guinness extra stout with chili-spiced brownies, cookie dough and toffee bar crunch.
This ice cream was also smooth and a very fun ice cream with soft pieces of cookie dough and brownies and crunchy chunks of toffee bars.
As the base is dark chocolate, I didn't really notice any beer flavor which might have been concealed in the ice cream.

アンプルヒルズ クリーマリーは、2011年にブルックリンに開店したアイスクリーム店で、
店舗がいくつかある。
ゴッサム ウエスト マーケットのウマ テマケリアで手巻きを食べた後に、アンプルヒルズ
クリーマリーのアイスを食べた。
アイスクリームの大きさは、キッズ、S、L、パイントがあり、シェイクやフロート、
サンデーも作ってもらえる。
カップ以外に無料のワッフルコーン、シュガーコーン、1.50ドル追加するとプレッツェル
コーン、チョコレートチップコーンが選べた。
アイスクリームは12種類ほどあり、その中からヘルズキッチン シンクとザ・デュードを
選んだ。
ヘルズキッチン シンクの上に、ザ・デュードが乗っていた。
ザ・デュードは「ブルックリン リパブリク ウォッカ入りの滑らかでクリーミーな
コーヒーアイスクリーム」らしい。
これを選んだ理由はサンプルを食べた時に美味しかったからで、特に説明を読まずに
選らんだので、ウォッカが入っているとは知らなかった。
滑らかなアイスクリームで、少し苦味のあるコーヒーの味がし、ウォッカの味はわからな
かった。
私はほとんどコーヒーを飲まないけれど、コーヒー味のお菓子は好きで、これは苦さと
甘さがあり美味しかった。
ヘルズキッチン シンクはゴッサム ウエスト マーケット限定フレーバーで、「フレーバーの
爆発！」と書かれていて、ダークチョコレートとギネス エクストラ スタウトのアイスに
唐辛子入りのブラウニー、クッキードウ、トフィーバークランチが入っているらしい。
これも舌触りが良いアイスクリームで、クッキードウやブラウニーの柔らかい粒、カリ
カリのトフィーバークランチで異なる食感や味がし、飽きないアイスクリームだった。
ダークチョコレートなので、ギネスビールの苦味が消されていたのか、ビールの味は全く
気にならなかった。
