My husband bought me this pumpkin pudding from Chocolate Bel Amer in Isetan, Shinjuku.

It's topped with pumpkin flavored and shaped chocolate with pumpkin compote.

It's a 3-layer pudding.

There're yellow powder on the top, too.

The bottom was pumpkin flavor, brown part was subtly bitter chocolate mousse and white part was light whipped cream.

Pumpkin compote had some textures still and sweetened.
The layers were creating a great combination of creamy, chocolatey and rich in pumpkin flavor.


新宿の伊勢丹にあるショコラ ベルアメールで、旦那がパンプキンプリンを買ってきて
くれた。
プリンの上にカボチャの形をしたカボチャ味のチョコレートと、カボチャのコンポートが
乗っていた。
プリンは3層になっていて、上部には黄色い粉がかかっていた。

底はカボチャ味、茶色の部分はほろ苦いチョコレートムース、白い部分は軽い生クリーム
だった。
カボチャのコンポートはまだ食感が残っていて甘かった。
3層はクリーミーで、チョコレートとしっかりしたカボチャ味で美味しかった。
