Today, after going to see Pride Parade, I went to a stick-gelato shop called "popbar" in West Village, the original shop.

They have popGelatto, popSorbetto, YogurtPop and I heard the flavors changes occasionally.
There're one-color bars, chocolate dipped bars and diagonally chocolate dipped bars.

You can get them as they are, but also you can customize the way you want by adding dipping (chocolate) and poppings (nuts and sprinkles).

I got mine with a Mango popSorbetto with Dark Chocolate and Crushed Waffles.

They dipped a Mango popSorbetto in a bucket of melted Dark Chocolate, then sprinkled Crushed Waffles.

Crushed Waffles were crispy, and Dark Chocolate and fruity and sweet mango flavor went very well.

The sorbet was much lighter and more refreshing than ice cream/gelato.

The wooden bar had "popbar" on both edges and one of them was upside-down so that the frozen dessert can be placed on either side.

今日、プライドパレードを見に行った後にウェストビレッジにある「ポップバー」の

第一号店に行ってきた。

ポップバー（popbar）はスティック型のジェラートを販売している。

ポップジェラート、ポップソルベット、ヨーグルトポップがあり、フレーバーは時々

変わるらしい。

1色のバー、チョコレートがかかったバー、チョコレートが斜めにかかったバーがあり、

このままでも買うことができるけれど、チョコレートやトッピングをかけて自分の好きな

ようにカスタマイズすることができる。

私はマンゴー ポップソルベットにダークチョコレートをかけ、クラッシュワッフルを

かけてもらった。

注文後、マンゴー ポップソルベットを溶かしたダークチョコレートに浸け、クラッシュ

ワッフルをかけていた。

ワッフルはサクサクしていて、ダークチョコレートの苦味とマンゴーのフルーティーさと
甘さがよく合っていて、シャーベットなのでアイスクリームよりもすっきりした味で
美味しかった。

木の棒の両端に「ポップバー」とロゴが入っていて、片方は上下逆さまになっていたので

氷菓子がどちらの端に乗っていても良いようにデザインされていた。
