Ghirardelli Chcolate Company is the second oldest chocolate company in the states.
It's named after the founder, Italian chocolatier Domenico Ghiradelli and founded in 1852.
In 1998, Lindt & Sprüngli in Switzerland acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary.
In the tin, there's bars and "Squares," which is a mini chocolate pieces.
Assorted flavors were Dark & Sea Salt Caramel, Milk & Caramel and Dark & Raspberry.
Dark & Sea Salt Caramel
It's dark chocolate and the color was pretty dark.
There's smooth sea salt caramel filling and it didn't have much saltiness, but it added sweetness to the bitter dark chocolate.
After taste was surprisingly light thanks to the mix of bitterness and caramel sweet flavor.
Milk & Caramel
It's milk chocolate and the color was much lighter then dark chocolate.
I thought this caramel filing was sweeter than Dark & Sea Salt Caramel, but it might because the milk chocolate was also adding sweet flavor.
The filling was very runny and velvety.
Dark & Raspberry
It's dark chocolate.
Dark chocolate and raspberry filling had fruity and sour flavor.
Both chocolate and filling had characteristic and vivid tastes, I only tasted bitterness and sourness.
The chocolate bars had the same 3 flavors and each bar contained 8 pieces of these Squares.

企業で、創業者であるイタリア人チョコレート職人のドミニク ギラデリにちなんで社名が
付けられた。
1998年からスイスに本社を置くリンツ&シュプルングリー社の完全子会社となった。
缶の中には板チョコとスクウェアと呼ばれる小さなチョコレートが入っていて、味は
ダーク&塩キャラメル、ミルク&キャラメル、ダーク&ラズベリーの3種類だった。
ダーク&塩キャラメル
ダークチョコレートで、チョコレートの色は濃かった。
中には滑らかな塩キャラメル フィリングが入っていて、塩気はそれほど感じられず、苦い
チョコレートに甘さを足していて美味しかった。
後味は苦みと甘さが混ざって、意外とあっさりしていた。
ミルク&キャラメル
ミルクチョコレートはダークチョコレートよりも色がずっと明るかった。
カラメル フィリングがダーク&塩キャラメルよりも甘く感じたけれど、周りのミルク
チョコレートが甘さを足していたのでそう思ったのかもしれない。
中のキャラメルや柔らかくとろりとしていた。
ダーク&ラズベリー
ダークチョコレートは濃く、中のラズベリーソースはフルーティで酸味が強かった。
ダークチョコレートとラズベリー フィリングは両方とも個性が強く、かなり強烈な苦みと
酸味が広がった。
板チョコは同じ3種類のフレーバーで、各板チョコはスクウェアが8個分入っていた。
