After being informed our flight was delayed hours, we had enough time to dine at Montreal Airport, and we went to Urban Crave that is located after the US immigration.

Poutine

Over the thick fries, there're starchy brown gravy sauce and cheese curds.

Fries were thick and fried to golden brown, and they're very crispy and the edges were crunchy.
It's one of the best fries out of 8 poutines I had during this short trip.

Fries were still crispy even under the gravy. 
Gravy was thick and had sweetness, and it somehow tasted like corn potage. 
Cheese curds under gravy were half melted and had subtle squeakiness. 
The pieces without gravy sauce had some firmness but not that squeaky.

飛行機が数時間遅延していると知り、モントリオール空港で食事をする十分な時間が
あったので、アメリカへの入国審査後にあるアーバンクレイブに行った。

太いポテトにとろみのある茶色いグレイビーソースとチーズカードがかかっていた。

ポテトは太く、きつね色に揚がっていて、とてもサクサクしていて端はカリッとして
いた。
今回滞在中に8個のプーティンを食べたけれど、その中で1番美味しいポテトだった。

グレイビーソースの下のポテトもサクサクした食感が残っていた。
グレイビーはどろっとして甘みがあり、なぜかコーンポタージュのような味がした。
グレイビーソースの下にあったチーズカードは半分溶けていて、ほんのわずかに歯応えが
ある程度で、ソースがかかっていないチーズカードは多少固さがあったのみでキュッと
した歯応えはほぼ無かった。
