The Good Sort in Chinatown is a vegan coffee shop, and they have light meals and snacks besides beverages.
I've seen lots of photos of Rainbow Iced Latte on the internet and I got the "latte" which doesn't list any coffee in the ingredients.
The shop was small and there're 3-4 chairs at the counter table and 2 tables by the wall.

Rainbow Iced Latte
From the top, it's blue, yellow and pink, and it looked like tie-dye.
The cup seemed a bit larger than the Tall cup at Starbucks.
The description says that this latte uses beetroot, turmeric, blue algae, ginger, black pepper, vanilla bean, coconut sugar, agave, cayenne pepper with blend of almond, coconut and oat milks.
When I read that, I had no idea what it'd taste like but at least I was positive that it's not gonna taste like coffee or any Frappuccino, but spices.
* Blue algae is a type of bacteria that photosynthesizes, according to my search.

チャイナタウンにあるグッドソートはビーガン（完全菜食）コーヒーショップで、飲み物
以外にも軽食やスナックが販売されている。
レインボーアイスラテの写真をネットで沢山見たので、材料にコーヒーが記載されて
いないこの「ラテ」を注文した。
小さなお店で、カウンター席に椅子が3〜4脚、壁側にテーブルが2卓あった。
花柄のストロー。
レインボーアイスラテ
上から青、黄、ピンクになっていて、タイダイのようだった。
カップはスターバックスのトールよりも少し大きい気がした。
このラテの材料はビーツ、ターメリック、ラン藻（らんそう）、生姜、黒胡椒、バニラ
ビーン、ココナッツシュガー、アガベ、カイエンペッパーにアーモンド、ココナッツ、
オーツミルクのブレンドらしい。
これを読んだ時、どんな味がするのか全然想像がつかなかったけれど、少なくとも
コーヒーやフラペチーノに似た味ではなく、スパイスの味がするだろうと確信した。
* ラン藻とはバクテリアの一種で、光合成をするらしい。
このラテには様々なものが入っているけれど、アーモンドミルクと果物のような味がして
最初はあまり妙に感じなかった。
ターメリックと黒胡椒の後味で、よく混ぜると飲み物は灰色がかった濁った緑色になり、
ピリッとした味は弱くなったものの、「健康そうな味」がして万人受けするような味では
なかった気がする。
個人的には一度飲めばいいかな、という印象。

There's a bunch of stuff in the latte but it tasted like almond milk with some fruits and not that extraordinary first.
The aftertaste was a hint of turmeric and black pepper, and once I mixed it well, it became muddy and grayish green and tasted less spicy, but it tasted "healthy" and I thought it's not something wildly appeal to everyone.
To me, once was enough.
