Houston Poutine From Houston Avenue Bar & Grill

Before my flight from Montreal to NY, I went to Houston Avenue Bar & Grill at Montreal Airport, and this restaurant is after the US immigration.
I sat at the counter which is facing towards the airport hallways because the lighting was better than sitting at the bar counter.
Menu
Houston Poutine contains prime rib, cheese curds, green onions and BBQ demi-glace.
When I asked if they had regular gravy, the waitress said no so I ordered this Houston Poutine.
This button was at the counter with charging outlet, and this button has 3 buttons to call a server, let them know you're ready to pay and cancel the request.
In about 10 minutes, Houston Poutine was brought.
My first impression was "large" for 15 dollars at the airport because airport restaurants tend to charge more for small portions, but here, they put a pile of fries, a lot of prime rib with generous amount of sauce and cheese curds on a large place.
Cheese curds had some squeakiness.
There're many slices of prime rib and they're tender, juicy, and flavorful.
The fries were as skinny as those served at McDonald's.
First they're crispy but because of the pencil-skinny shape, they got soggy quickly.
When I first saw "BBQ demi-glace" on the menu, I was skeptical about the flavor and thought it'd be peppery and smoky, but this sauce was much closer to demi-glace sauce in a good way and I didn't find much aspect of BBQ to be honest.
All in all, this poutine was tasty, large, flavorful and a great size to share.

モントリオールからニューヨークへの飛行機に乗る前に、空港にあるヒューストン
アベニュー バー＆グリルへ行った。
このレストランはアメリカへの入国審査を受けた後のエリアにある。
バーカウンターよりも照明が明るい、空港の通路へ面した席に座った。

ヒューストン プーティンはプライムリブ、チーズカード、ネギ、BBQデミグラスが入って
いる。
普通のグレービーがあるかウェイトレスに聞くと無いとのことだったので、ヒューストン
プーティンを頼んだ。
カウンター席に充電用プラグとこのボタンがあり、3つのボタンで店員を呼ぶ、支払いの
用意ができたことを知らせる、リクエストの取り消しをすることができる。
10分ほどでヒューストン プーティンが出された。
第一印象は15ドルの割に「量が多い」だった。
空港内のレストランは少量でも値段が高いことが多いけれど、このお店では大きなお皿に
山盛りのポテトにたっぷりのプライムリブとソース、そしてチーズカードが入っていた。
チーズカードは少し歯ごたえがあった。
プライムリブのスライスが沢山乗っていて、柔らかくジューシーで美味しかった。
ポテトはマクドナルドのような細さ。
最初はサクサクしていたけれど、鉛筆のような細さのポテトだったのですぐにぐしゃっと
なってしまった。
メニューで最初に「BBQデミグラス」と見た時は胡椒が効いてスモーキーなのかと思い、
あまり期待していなかったのだけれど、実際はデミグラスソースにとても近く、BBQ
らしさはほとんどなかった。
全体として、このプーティンは美味しく、量も多く、色々な味がし、シェアするのに
適した量だった。
