Holiday Turkey Poutine From The Daily Poutine

We went to Disney World for New Year's, and we stopped by at The Daily Poutine at Disney Springs.
Before, I had Classic Poutine and this time, I tried Holiday Turkey Poutine which seemed to be a limited time flavor.
Holiday Turkey Poutine consists of turkey, gravy, french fries and cheddar curds topped with cranberry relish.
I don't like turkey so much and was surprised to see the large amount of meat on top.
This is my first time to try cranberry relish.
As it's relish, I thought it'd be sour but it's still sweet and fruity as if it's just canned cranberry jam.
Turkey was very soft and moist, but the characteristic flavor of turkey was just an odor to me and I couldn't find it tasty.
Fries were thick cut, crispy on the outside and soft inside.
They're freshly fried and very hot.
Cheese curds were as squeaky and tasty as the previous visit.
I had the fries, cheese curd, turkey and cranberry relish all together, and it sure tasted like holiday.
The gravy sauce was very similar to the one poured over Thanksgiving turkey, and this gravy had a subtle starchiness.
If you like turkey and Thanksgiving main dish, you'll definitely love this poutine while I didn't just because I'm not fan of this meat.

お正月にディズニーワールドへ行き、ディズニースプリングスのデイリープーティンに
立ち寄った。
前回はクラシックプーティンを食べ、今回は期間限定商品らしきホリデーターキー
プーティンを選んだ。
ホリデーターキー プーティンはターキー、グレービー、ポテト、チェダーチーズカード、
クランベリー レリッシュが乗ったもの。
私はターキー（七面鳥）がそもそもあまり好きではないので、お肉の量が多くて驚いた。
初めてクランベリーレリッシュを食べた。
レリッシュ（甘酢漬け）なのでもっと酸味があるかと思ったけれど、甘くフルーティー
だったので缶入りのクランベリージャムのようだった。
ターキーはしっとりして柔らかかったけれど、ターキー独特の風味が私には臭く感じて
どうも美味しいと思えなかった。
ポテトは太めにカットされ、外側はサクサクで内側は柔らかかった。
揚げたてなので熱々だった。
チーズカードは前回通りキュッとした歯ごたえがあり、とても美味しかった。
ポテト、チーズカード、ターキー、クランベリーレリッシュを全て一緒に食べると、
確かにホリデーを思わせる味だった。
グレービーは感謝祭で七面鳥にかけるものとほぼ同じで、ほんの少しとろみがあった。
七面鳥や感謝祭のメインディッシュが好きな人には美味しいと思えるプーティンだった
ものの、ターキーが苦手な私には「ん〜」だった。
