A cream cheese brand Kiri collaborated with a sweets maker Plecia and launched 3 sweets on April 1, 2016.
I tried one of them, Kiri Rare Cheese Tart that I found at Aeon.

It's a petit size tart.

It's placed in a plastic case.

The biscuit wasn't crispy but moist and soft.
26% of the rare cheese filling is cream cheese to make it rich, but the filling was as light and fluffy as mousse.
I was expecting it to be rich and thick like Kiri cream cheese and it's disappointing.

2016年4月1日、クリームチーズのKiriとスイーツメーカーのプレシアがコラボした3種類の
スイーツが発売された。
その中の1個、キリ レアチーズタルトをイオンで見つけたので食べてみた。

小ぶりなチーズタルト。

プラスチック容器に収められていた。

タルト生地はサクサクではなく、しっとりして柔らかかった。
レアチーズ生地にクリームチーズが26％使用され、濃厚にしてあると聞いたけれど、
ムースのように軽く、ふわふわの食感で、クリームチーズの濃厚な味や食感を期待して
いたので物足りなかった。

キリ レアチーズタルト： 約160円
