Hissho Burger Beef & Pine From McDonald's
マクドナルドの必勝バーガー ビーフ＆パイン

McDonald's launched Hissho (必勝, meaning "surely win" and it's used to cheer someone) items on August 3, 2016 to support athletes in the Olympics.
I tried one of the items called "Hissho Burger Beef & Pine."
The sauce is described as "an original sauce with tomato paste, sour cream and roughy ground black peppers," and the staff at the restaurant said it's an egg base sauce, so I got it without sauce because I was afraid it'd taste like mayonnaise.
Under the special sticker for customized item, it says, "必勝！ 必勝バーガー ビーフ＆パイン" which is "Hissho! Hissho Burger Beef & Pine."
When I saw the burger, it looked quite small.
I think the diameter was about 10cm (3.94 inch) only.
From the side.
Under the upper bun with corn grits, there're lettuce.
There's supposed to be onions, but I don't think they put any.
There're a grilled smoked bacon and a slice of pineapple.
Between 2 beef patties, there's a slice of cheddar cheese.
The lettuce was crunchy, pineapple was juicy and the bacon had some smoky flavor, these were all good, but there's a lot going for the flavors with a sweet-and-sour fruit, smokiness, a bit dried beef patties and cheese, and I didn't find it that tasty.
The reason the flavors didn't settle well could have been because I had ordered it without the original sauce.
Those who don't like pineapples in sweet and sour pork may find this pineapple slice as disturbing ingredient.
(I personally don't care about the pineapples in sweet and sour pork.)

している。
その中から「必勝バーガー ビーフ＆パイン」を食べた。
オリジナルソースは「トマトペーストとサワークリーム、粗挽きブラックペッパーなどが
アクセント」と書かれていて、お店で聞くと「卵ベース」と言われ、マヨネーズに似た味
なのではないかと不安になり、ソース抜きで頼んだ。
カスタマイズした商品に貼られるシールの下に「必勝！ 必勝バーガー ビーフ＆パイン」と
書いてあった。
バーガーを見てすごく小さく感じた。
バンズの直径は10センチ程度だったと思う。
横から
コーングリッツが付いた上側のバンズの下にはレタスがあった。
タマネギも入っているはずだけれど、このバーガーには見当たらなかった。
その下にグリルしたスモークベーコンとパイナップル。
2枚のビーフパティの間に、チェダーチーズが挟まれていた。
レタスはシャキシャキし、パイナップルもジューシーで、ベーコンも適度にスモークの
香りがあって良かったけれど、オリジナルソースを抜いて注文したからか、甘酸っぱさと
燻製の香り、そして若干乾いたビーフパティにチーズと、味にまとまりがなく美味しいと
思えなかった。
酢豚にパイナップルが入っているのが許せない人は、このバーガーのパイナップルも同じ
くらい邪魔に感じると思う。
（個人的には酢豚のパイナップルは気にならない）
