I went to a shaved ice cream shop called Snowdays in West Village yesterday.
Menu
You can choose from Yeti Favorites, that are already set flavors and toppings, or you can create on your own.
There're 3 different sizes; regular, large and yeti.
I decided to put what I like, and I chose Green Tea Matcha for the shaved cream, added Mochi, Granola and Condensed Milk.
After they took my order, a staff placed a large piece of matcha ice cream into the shaving machine and made a fluffy mountain of ice cream.

Sadly, the cup was plain white unlike the samples.

Granola
Green Tea Matcha ice cream was shaved extremely thin and it's as fluffy as cotton.
It's lightly sweetened and had a subtle bitterness at the end, and the ice cream was delicate and melted away.
Granola was crunchy and fragrant and mochi was chewy and a bit firm.
You might have noticed from the photos above, but the spoon changes its colors based on the temperatures.

I really enjoyed the finely shaved ice cream, and I'd love to try one of the Yeti Favorites that could be better deal as they contain 2 toppings at least.

昨日、ウエストビレッジにあるスノーデイズというシェイブド アイスクリームのお店に
行った。
メニュー
イェティ フェイバリットという決まった組み合わせのものから選ぶか、自分で好きな
味やトッピングを選ぶことができる。
サイズはレギュラー、ラージ、イェティの3種類だった。
私は好きなものを選び、抹茶アイスに餅、グラノーラ、コンデンスミルクを足した。
注文後、スタッフが大きな抹茶アイスの塊を削り機に設置し、ふわふわに削ったアイス
クリームの山ができた。

残念ながら、カップは見本とは違って無地の白いものだった。

グラノーラ
抹茶アイスは薄く削ってあり、綿のようだった。
甘さが控えめで後味に苦味があり、削ったアイスはとても繊細でふわっと溶けた。
グラノーラは香ばしくカリッとし、餅は白玉よりも少し硬めだった。
上に載せた写真を見て気がついたかもしれないけれど、スプーンは温度によって色が変化
した。
