Moginara launched Rich Matcha Cake on February 20, 2015 as a limited time product.

One side was sideways and the other side was longways.

There're a cup of matcha in the center, and there're 2 cakes by the cup.

There's an image with descriptions about this cake.
The cake uses plenty of matcha, and the filling contains flavorful matcha.

Front to open the box.

There're 6 gold individual pouches.

The cake was heavier than I thought.
On the top of the bright matcha colored cake, there're pale matcha colored chocolate drizzles.

At the bottom, there're a few chocolate dripping lines from the upper cake.

From the side.
I could see lightly browned flat side facing to the filling.
Between vivid matcha color, it's hard to see but the filling actually had light matcha color.

The cakes had characteristic matcha flavor and it's moist, and I'd say the cakes were slightly firm than being soft and fluffy.
The filling was creamy but thanks to matcha, it tasted light.
It's been a while since last time I had a sweet which has enjoyable bitterness of matcha.

2015年2月10日、森永から期間限定の「濃い抹茶ケーキ」が発売された。
片面は横向き、反対側は縦向きのデザインだった。
中心には抹茶が入った器があり、その側にはケーキの写真があった。
ケーキ部分にはたっぷりと抹茶が使われ、香りたつ抹茶クリームが挟まれている。

中には金色の個包装が6個入っていた。
ケーキは思ったよりもずっしりし、鮮やかな抹茶色のケーキの上部には、淡い抹茶色の
チョコレートの細い線がかかっていた。
底のケーキには上から垂れてきたチョコレートが少しかかっていた。

横から見ると、フィリングに触れているケーキの平らな面が少し茶色く焼けているのが
分かった。
濃い抹茶色のケーキに挟まれているので分かりにくいけれど、フィリングも淡い抹茶色
だった。

ケーキは抹茶特有の苦味がありしっとりし、ふんわりと言うよりはしっかりした固めの
食感だった。
フィリングはクリーミーだけれど抹茶の風味で、あっさりとしていた。
久々にしっかりと抹茶の苦味が味わえるお菓子を食べたような気がする。
