ピザパレスのプーティン

We went to Le Village area to try some poutines but the restaurant I was planning to go was closed, and we entered Pizza Palace instead near Beaudry station.
Though it's called Pizza Palace, it didn't look like a palace but a small spot.
Poutine photo was up on the window.
There's only one staff and it's quite slow.
He started frying the potatoes after measuring the portion by using the serving container, and also he used a microwavable container for checking how much gravy to put.
Poutine (petit size)
Fries were lightly browned, but quite pale.
Fries had some crispy texture, but overall, they're quite soft.
Small pieces of cheese curds were squeaky.
Dark brown and starchy gravy had sweetness, and it's simply seasoned and tasty.
Though the waiting time was long but their poutine was much better than I expected.

ピザパレス(ピザ宮殿)という名前だけれど、宮殿らしさがない小さな店舗。
窓に貼ってあったプーティンの写真。
スタッフが1人だけだったので、かなり時間がかかった。
プーティンを提供する容器にポテトを入れて量を計ってから揚げていて、グレービーは
電子レンジで使用可能な容器に入れて量を計っていた。
プーティンを受け取るまでにかかった時間は、10分に近かったと思う。
プーティン(プチサイズ)
ポテトは軽く茶色になっている程度で、ほぼ白っぽかった。
サクッとしていた部分も少しはあったけれど、全体的に柔らかいポテトだった。
小ぶりなチーズカードはキュッとした歯応えがあった。
濃い茶色でどろっとしたグレービーは甘みがあり、シンプルで美味しかった。
待ち時間は長かったけれど、想像以上に美味しいプーティンだった。
