I went to Le Resto du Village, which used to be 24 hours but now they're not.

The tables were colorful and the inside was clean.

There're so many pages in the menu and I only took a photo of the poutine section.

Poutine

It's petit size of regular poutine, but the portion was quite large.

Thick fries were cuboid shaped and they're dark brown on the outside, but despite the color, the crispiness was subtle and mostly soft.

Small to medium sized cheese curds had firm squeakiness.

Gravy was dark and light, and it's not that starchy.
It's sweet with some saltiness, and it's a classic and simple gravy.
It had onion flavor and possibly red wine, too.

以前まで24時間営業だった、Le Resto du Villageに行った。

カラフルなテーブルがあり、綺麗な店内だった。

メニューは何ページもあったので、プーティンの部分だけ撮影。

プーティン

プチサイズだけれど、量が多かった。

ポテトは太く長方体にカットされていて、外側はかなり濃い茶色だった。
ただ、色の割にはサクサクした食感がなく、ほとんどが柔らかかった。

小〜中くらいのチーズカードはしっかりと歯応えがあった。

グレイビーはこげ茶でさらっとしていて、とろみはあまりなかった。
少し塩気のある甘めのグレイビーソースで、シンプルで美味しかった。
玉ねぎの香りがあり、赤ワインのような香りもした。
