"Combos 7 Layer Dip Tortilla" is another Combos we bought with Combos Jalapeño Cheddar Tortilla.

7-layer dip is a popular Tex-Mex dish and it consists of refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa picante (or chopped tomato), shredded cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese, black olives and beef, lettuce, green pepper or jalapeño depending on what to add for the texture or spiciness.


When I opened the bag, it had strong sour cream flavor.

This one is tortilla so that the outside was light, crispy and fragile.

The filling had pretty strong sour cream flavor, tomato from salsa, onion and olive, but sour cream flavor was the strongest.
It really copied 7-layer dip well, but it tasted like the dip was made with 50% of sour cream and the rest was the other 6 ingredients.

コンボスハラペーニョチェダー トルティーヤと一緒に買った「コンボス セブンレイヤー
ディップ トルティーヤ」。

セブンレイヤーディップとは一般的なテクス−メクス（メキシコに近いテキサス州独自の
メニューで、「メキシコ風のアメリカ料理」）の1つ。
この料理には、リフライドビーンズ（フリホレス）、グァカモレ、サワークリーム、
サルサピカンテ（またはトマトの角切り）、チェダーチーズかモンテレージャックチーズ
（または混ぜたもの）、ブラックオリーブ、その上に食感や辛さを足すために牛肉や
レタス、ピーマンやハラペーニョが使われる。

袋を開けるとサワークリームの強い香りがした。
これもトルティーヤに包まれているので、サクサクとした軽い食感で、崩れやすかった。
フィリングはかなり強いサワークリーム、トマト、タマネギ、オリーブがあったけれど
サワークリームの味が1番強かった。
セブンレイヤーディップの味を上手く真似ていると思ったけれど、このコンボスは50%が
サワークリーム、残りが他の食材で作られたディップのような味だった。
