Kinako Mochi (Soybean flour from Shiga pref.)
Mochi is sticky rice but they use Turkish delight-like Gyuhi, glutinous rice flour.
Not like the former Kinako Mochi, this had smooth and soft Mochi filling.
Limited in Kansai (western) area.

Kinako (soybean flour in Japanese) cream with mochi filling inside.
Mochi is sticky rice but they use Turkish delight-like Gyuhi, glutinous rice flour.
