Summer Vegetable Curry
Using whole wheat for the bread.
Fried eggplant, corn, and tomato in the filling.
Microwaved for 30 seconds and toasted for 2-3 min at 250 Celsius.
The curry tasted like tomato paste, so I'd called this tomato sauce with vegetables rather than curry.
A hint of spiciness.
THIS IS MY 90TH LUNCH PACK!!
