Sakura Bean Paste & Whipped Cream (with Gyuhi)
Sakura (cherry lossom) bean paste is famous for Sakura season (spring for sure).
This one has not too thin Gyuhi, made with rice flour, and it gives nice Mochi (sticky rice cake) texture.
This bean paste has a good balance of sweetness and a hit of salt.
*Sakura Panda is a mascot character of one of the oldest department stores called Matsuzakaya.
