Chump Chop Ham Katsu
About 1cm/half in. thick ham katsu (cutlet) is in it.
If it had sauce both sides, it'd be great and prevent the meat from getting dry.
When it's warm, it was slightly tastier.
Personally it was too fatty and hard to chew on some weird streaky fat.
